大家早上好!
今天我受委托來主持本月的員工大會，深感榮幸之至!希望得到大家的配合和鼓勵!謝謝大家!
會議期間希望大家保持安靜，將手機調成靜音。
伴隨著艱辛和汗水，滿懷豪情和喜悅，在各位員工努力的拼搏下，我們順利地完成了三月份公司的各項生產任務，首先對于奮戰在二號進口線堅持上夜班的同事們表示崇高的敬意，他們任勞任怨始終堅守在自己的崗位，克服了機器設備的故障，保證了客戶訂單的交期。其次對于堅守在基層管理崗位上的班長們表示衷心的感謝，因為他們的努力，使得廣大員工團結一心，努力工作，為6s活動的順利開展及公司各項管理政策得以落實做出了巨大貢獻。我們還得感謝全體員工顧大體，識大局，不計較個人得失，為完成公司各項生產任務奮戰在各條生產線上。
下面我宣布4月份員工大會現在開始!
今天的大會有以下七項內容：
第一項內容由吳春美同志關于3月份6S評比結果及合理化建議情況匯報，有請吳春美.
大會第二項流動紅旗授旗及沈金麗發表當選6S先進班組獲獎感言 點評：是的，6s流動紅紅旗代表的是集體的榮譽，是團隊努力的成果，正因為6S活動的堅持開展才能是我們保持優美整潔的工作環境。下次紅旗花落誰家，我們將拭目以待!
大會進行第三項：由班長代表文旭發言，大家歡迎!
點評：班長是公司與生產員工的主要溝通橋梁，屬于兵頭將尾。公司班組長的管理好壞，將直接影響公司產品的生產進度和產品質量，他們責任重大，希望在工作中能夠得到大家始終如一的支持。
大會進行第四項，有周友志同志發表關于改善的建議，大家歡迎!
點評：周友志的發言很精彩，是的`，改善無處不在，如果大家都參與改善活動，每天進步一點點，那么我們的公司一定會更加美好。 大會進行第五項，由朱經理代表生產部做3月份工作總結和4月份工作計劃，大家歡迎!
點評：朱經理總結了三月份工作的不足，對4月份的工作提出了希望，既然目標已經明確，我相信，通過我們全體員工的努力，我們一定會順利完成4月份各項生產任務。
大會進行第六項由華經理對三月份質量狀況的說明及4月份訂單質量的要求。大家歡迎!
