  目(mu)(mu)前公司工(gong)程技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)的(de)(de)心(xin)態把(ba)握難(nan)度最大,由(you)于新的(de)(de)用人(ren)(ren)機制(zhi)剛剛建立,原有的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)事管理體制(zhi)同(tong)時存(cun)在與(yu)并(bing)行,牽(qian)涉到現場工(gong)程技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)的(de)(de)業務發(fa)展、個(ge)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)薪酬待(dai)遇以(yi)及社會保障等各(ge)方面問題(ti)。加上小(xiao)型(xing)內部專(zhuan)業分(fen)(fen)包(bao)過(guo)多,造成現場工(gong)程技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)不(bu)(bu)注重內修素質(zhi)的(de)(de)培養和專(zhuan)業技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)學習進步(bu),普(pu)遍(bian)心(xin)態浮躁。技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)專(zhuan)業技(ji)術(shu)不(bu)(bu)過(guo)硬(ying),現場把(ba)關不(bu)(bu)嚴,造成現場反復出現質(zhi)量(liang)問題(ti)甚至返(fan)工(gong),這些因素給公司帶來的(de)(de)利益(yi)損失非常巨大。3、項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)類別(bie)劃(hua)分(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)建議目(mu)(mu)前公司對市(shi)(shi)政(zheng)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)、橋梁項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)、公路道路項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)僅按合(he)同(tong)額劃(hua)分(fen)(fen)工(gong)程類別(bie)對市(shi)(shi)政(zheng)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)影響較大。一是(shi)市(shi)(shi)政(zheng)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)合(he)同(tong)額中一般(ban)不(bu)(bu)包(bao)含10%的(de)(de)暫定金額;二是(shi)市(shi)(shi)政(zheng)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)往往工(gong)期較短,但綜合(he)月產值較高,勞動強(qiang)度較大、工(gong)作時間冗長。

  工程項目經(jing)理年終工作(zuo)總結:

  五、在工(gong)作(zuo)方(fang)面、對(dui)(dui)完成(cheng)任務(wu)好的(de),應給予(yu)獎勵或晉升工(gong)資(zi):對(dui)(dui)工(gong)作(zuo)任務(wu)完成(cheng)差(cha)的(de),應給予(yu)處罰或遞減工(gong)資(zi);對(dui)(dui)不稱(cheng)職的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)人員有權辭退。

  六、項目經理(li)負責每(mei)月給工地召開(kai)一次以上全(quan)體職員大會,學習公司《管理(li)制度》的(de)相關內容(rong),傳(chuan)達國家(jia)、行業、公司的(de)相關文件精神,做好安全(quan)教育(yu)和安全(quan)交底、技術交底,分班組、分工種的(de)安全(quan)技術交底。

  七、公司規定每周(zhou)三下午(wu)為管理人(ren)員周(zhou)會及學(xue)習時(shi)間,若無特殊(shu)情況時(shi)間不能改(gai)動,并必(bi)須保證每周(zhou)一次的(de)(de)(de)周(zhou)會及學(xue)習時(shi)間,學(xue)習與(yu)工程同步的(de)(de)(de)理論知識(shi)、不斷(duan)提高自身(shen)的(de)(de)(de)業務能力(li)和技(ji)術(shu)水平。

  八、按(an)(an)時(shi)參加工程部(bu)組織的(de)按(an)(an)月(yue)全面檢(jian)(jian)查工作(zuo),做(zuo)好(hao)檢(jian)(jian)查記錄(lu)和會議文件,認真解決(jue)協調各項目部(bu)工作(zuo)中存(cun)在的(de)問題,并以書(shu)面形式(shi)下發各項目部(bu)落(luo)實(shi);檢(jian)(jian)查工作(zuo)是對工程項目管理的(de)一次促進和推動,要(yao)按(an)(an)時(shi)做(zuo)到、切(qie)實(shi)做(zuo)好(hao)。

  九(jiu)、各項目部經理應將工程(cheng)部每(mei)次來(lai)工地檢查時提出的問題,逐項一(yi)一(yi)落實,并書(shu)(shu)面一(yi)一(yi)答復,要求(qiu)在(zai)10日內整改完成,在(zai)每(mei)月月會時、會議書(shu)(shu)面答復。

  十、項目(mu)經理負(fu)責處理好與:建(jian)設單位、監(jian)理公(gong)(gong)司、質(zhi)檢部門、地方公(gong)(gong)安(an)、勞(lao)動、環衛等相關(guan)部門的工作關(guan)系(xi),積極配合好各部門的工作。

  十一(yi)、制(zhi)定(ding)單項(xiang)承包合同(tong)、材料進購合同(tong)、零工價格表、須(xu)經本項(xiang)目部三人以(yi)上(shang)商議后(hou)制(zhi)定(ding);購置(zhi)壹仟元以(yi)上(shang)的固定(ding)資(zi)產、材料科長須(xu)參加商定(ding);購置(zhi)大(da)綜材料、材料科長須(xu)參加商定(ding)。

  十二、制定人(ren)工承包合同時、特別(bie)在(zai)主(zhu)體施工階段,因鋼化投入量大、費(fei)用(yong)(yong)高,應將(jiang)施工工期與鋼化費(fei)用(yong)(yong)掛鉤,在(zai)正常(chang)施工工期下每提前(qian)一天或(huo)推(tui)后應按日鋼化費(fei)用(yong)(yong)一半對等(deng)獎(jiang)罰。

  十三、在(zai)簽訂人工費(fei)(fei)承(cheng)包(bao)合(he)同(tong)時,與其項目相關的材料裝卸費(fei)(fei)、維修保養費(fei)(fei)、清理(li)歸整費(fei)(fei)、材料再(zai)加工工費(fei)(fei)(如(ru):磚、瓷磚割(ge)角)、看護等(deng)費(fei)(fei)用(yong)(yong)包(bao)含(han)在(zai)合(he)同(tong)承(cheng)包(bao)價內。嚴(yan)格(ge)(ge)控制零(ling)(ling)工用(yong)(yong)量,零(ling)(ling)工越(yue)多、內在(zai)問題也就(jiu)越(yue)大,項目管理(li)也就(jiu)越(yue)差,在(zai)做(zuo)成本核算時零(ling)(ling)工一項應(ying)單列,對(dui)零(ling)(ling)工監督(du)審查要嚴(yan)格(ge)(ge)。

  按月檢(jian)查控制,遇到困難(nan)及(ji)時協調解決。截(jie)至目(mu)前(qian),1號(hao)(hao)樓(lou)(lou)與(yu)9月13日(ri)主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)封(feng)(feng)頂,2號(hao)(hao)樓(lou)(lou)9月18日(ri)主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)封(feng)(feng)頂,10號(hao)(hao)樓(lou)(lou)9月27日(ri)主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)封(feng)(feng)頂,比原進度計劃提前(qian)一(yi)個多月。目(mu)前(qian)1號(hao)(hao)樓(lou)(lou)砌體(ti)(ti)工程和(he)戶內配(pei)管(guan)已基本完成,2號(hao)(hao)、10號(hao)(hao)樓(lou)(lou)砌體(ti)(ti)近半(ban),11號(hao)(hao)樓(lou)(lou)年前(qian)(有望(wang))完成正負(fu)零一(yi)下主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)工程。商業A與(yu)11月4日(ri)通過竣工驗收;地下車(che)庫、12號(hao)(hao)樓(lou)(lou)、會所于11月7日(ri)通過竣工驗收;一(yi)期室外(wai)及(ji)綠化工程已全部(bu)結(jie)束。

  三、加強工程質量、安全和文明施工管理。

  質量(liang)控制(zhi)(zhi)方面(mian),所(suo)有工(gong)程(cheng)材料(liao)從進場驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)開(kai)始,見證取樣復試,合格(ge)(ge)后方用于工(gong)程(cheng)相(xiang)應部(bu)(bu)位(wei)。所(suo)有分(fen)(fen)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)項工(gong)程(cheng),嚴格(ge)(ge)審(shen)批專(zhuan)項施工(gong)方案,并以(yi)此為(wei)依據,審(shen)核施工(gong)技術交底,檢查落實(shi)措施。每(mei)道(dao)工(gong)序結(jie)束,都(dou)進行分(fen)(fen)項驗(yan)(yan)收(shou),發現問(wen)題及時(shi)整(zheng)改復驗(yan)(yan),使每(mei)個(ge)檢驗(yan)(yan)批施工(gong)質量(liang)都(dou)能達到(dao)設計和規范要求,所(suo)有分(fen)(fen)項工(gong)程(cheng),無(wu)較大的(de)質量(liang)缺陷。同(tong)時(shi)加強(qiang)工(gong)程(cheng)質量(liang)控制(zhi)(zhi)資料(liao)的(de)同(tong)步報(bao)簽,使控制(zhi)(zhi)資料(liao)能真是(shi)的(de)反映施工(gong)情況。

  四、加強成本控制,有效降低工程造價。

  針對目(mu)前(qian)房地產市場(chang)房源存量大,市場(chang)低(di)迷,銷售不景氣的現狀,嚴(yan)格控制工(gong)程成本,降低(di)造價。

  工程(cheng)(cheng)部材料組(zu)隨時(shi)關(guan)注(zhu)材料市(shi)場價格(ge)變化,在室外工程(cheng)(cheng)材料、

  綠化苗木、消防材料以及1、2、10、11號樓各種主材輔材認(ren)(ren)價方面,多次(ci)調查市場行情,及時(shi)調整認(ren)(ren)價,使今年(nian)的材料價格比去(qu)年(nian)均(jun)有不同程度的降低。

  在各分包(bao)外包(bao)項目方面,多家篩選(xuan),并加強合同簽(qian)訂與管理,在保證工程質量和(he)進度的(de)前提下,盡(jin)可能的(de)壓低價格,降(jiang)低成(cheng)本(ben)。

  1、在工程(cheng)施(shi)工管理中,做到有組織、有計劃、合理科學安排(pai)施(shi)工人員,真正發揮,提高施(shi)工效益。

  工程生產及(ji)進度控制:

  濱河灣小區開工(gong)(gong)(gong)以后,我(wo)按照公司要求工(gong)(gong)(gong)期,XX制定(ding)了(le)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度(du)(du)網絡計劃(hua)以及勞動(dong)力(li)(li)計劃(hua)。并且根(gen)據施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度(du)(du)要求,與(yu)各個施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)班(ban)組簽(qian)定(ding)了(le)質量、進度(du)(du)、安(an)全控(kong)制協議書。對其具(ju)體進度(du)(du)、生(sheng)產(chan)內(nei)容提出(chu)了(le)具(ju)體要求。在(zai)生(sheng)產(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中,我(wo)根(gen)據實際情況,通過(guo)制定(ding)月計劃(hua)和周計劃(hua),對整個工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)生(sheng)產(chan)進行了(le)控(kong)制管理。施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)初期,因為項目開工(gong)(gong)(gong)較晚(wan),勞動(dong)力(li)(li)出(chu)現(xian)不足。對此(ci),項目部多方召集人員,經過(guo)努力(li)(li),基本上保證了(le)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的要求。在(zai)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中,考慮(lv)到(dao)砼澆(jiao)筑數(shu)量較大,我(wo)采取了(le)現(xian)場澆(jiao)注和使(shi)用商(shang)品砼的方法,提高了(le)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度(du)(du)。

  ①工(gong)程質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang):主(zhu)體(ti)施工(gong)期間,工(gong)程質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)控制較嚴(yan),工(gong)程質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)比(bi)較好(hao)。但是在(zai)(zai)在(zai)(zai)填充墻施工(gong)中,由于思想上有所放松,構(gou)造(zao)柱砼澆(jiao)注不理想,跑(pao)、漏(lou)較多(duo)。這對(dui)我來(lai)說是一(yi)個(ge)教訓,提(ti)醒自己對(dui)后期的質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)管理需要進一(yi)步加強。

  ②施工進度(du)(du):從總體來(lai)講,進度(du)(du)基本(ben)上達到了金屋的要求。但(dan)是與(yu)其他項目(mu)部進行對比,進度(du)(du)較慢。還需要自(zi)己進一步加(jia)強進度(du)(du)管理、總結(jie)不足,加(jia)強人力,彌(mi)補前期(qi)施工的不足。

  XX年工(gong)作(zuo)計劃(hua):

  在新的(de)一年(nian)中,我將從以下幾點作出(chu)努力、作好工(gong)作。

  ①繼續抓好(hao)濱河灣(wan)項目管理工(gong)(gong)作:濱河灣(wan)工(gong)(gong)程在XX年(nian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作為內外裝修工(gong)(gong)程和(he)室外工(gong)(gong)程等(deng),時間(jian)緊、任務重。考(kao)慮到項目總工(gong)(gong)期(qi)要求,我(wo)將繼續抓好(hao)施工(gong)(gong)生(sheng)產(chan)進度控制,積極XX好(hao)人力投入,確保工(gong)(gong)程按照(zhao)預期(qi)要求全部完成(cheng),保證整(zheng)個小區的(de)如期(qi)交付使用(yong)。

  光陰似(si)箭,轉眼20xx年過去(qu)了,星河國(guo)際(ji)項目部于20xx年8月1日開工,期間(jian)在(zai)各界領導的(de)(de)關心(xin)與幫助下,以及項目部人員辛勤(qin)奮斗下,終于在(zai)20xx年的(de)(de)末尾圓(yuan)滿(man)完成了各項指(zhi)標,并在(zai)12月份星河運營公司的(de)(de)檢查中得到(dao)了94.21分的(de)(de)高分,得到(dao)業主(zhu),監理,公司的(de)(de)一致好評。

  1、管理團隊

  星河國(guo)際(ji)是(shi)我(wo)公司(si)與之(zhi)合(he)作的(de)(de)第一(yi)個(ge)專業房(fang)產公司(si),有著一(yi)套非常健全的(de)(de)科學(xue)的(de)(de)評(ping)分評(ping)比辦(ban)法。評(ping)分細則涵(han)蓋實(shi)(shi)測實(shi)(shi)量,表(biao)觀質量,管(guan)理行為,安全文(wen)明等4大(da)板塊(kuai),包(bao)容了(le)施工過(guo)程中的(de)(de)全部內容。雖(sui)然公司(si)之(zhi)前也(ye)或(huo)多或(huo)少涉(she)及(ji)到這些內容,但是(shi)從沒這么(me)系統化,書面化,硬性化的(de)(de)執行這么(me)多要(yao)求,一(yi)開始整(zheng)個(ge)管(guan)理團(tuan)(tuan)隊對這些要(yao)求是(shi)拒絕(jue)的(de)(de),但是(shi)經過(guo)實(shi)(shi)施后(hou)才發現,原來我(wo)們對標準的(de)(de)不讓步是(shi)控制質量安全的(de)(de)最好辦(ban)法,半年的(de)(de)合(he)作,使得整(zheng)個(ge)管(guan)理團(tuan)(tuan)隊在管(guan)理水平,管(guan)理意識,管(guan)理手(shou)段上(shang)有了(le)很大(da)的(de)(de)提升。

  2、施工任務

  根據建設(she)單位的(de)(de)經營目標及我公司的(de)(de)戰略目標,項目部(bu)全體人員(yuan)努力下本年度保質保量(liang)地完成了各指標任務,主要完成情況(kuang)如下:

  項目(mu)部(bu)為完(wan)成各項節點計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua),編制總進(jin)(jin)(jin)度(du)(du)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua),月進(jin)(jin)(jin)度(du)(du)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)及周進(jin)(jin)(jin)度(du)(du)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua),對節點計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行細化,分解,確保計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)完(wan)成。同時(shi)在(zai)監理例會中,每(mei)周對進(jin)(jin)(jin)度(du)(du)情況進(jin)(jin)(jin)行分析對比,總結進(jin)(jin)(jin)度(du)(du)落后或超前,提出趕工措施(shi),圓滿完(wan)成了進(jin)(jin)(jin)度(du)(du)要(yao)求。

  3、實測實量

  根據(ju)(ju)(ju)業主的(de)(de)招標(biao)及(ji)合同要(yao)求,項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)需對(dui)(dui)(dui)主體工(gong)程、砌體工(gong)程、抹灰(hui)工(gong)程、水泥砂(sha)漿地面(mian)(mian)(mian)工(gong)程、門窗工(gong)程、涂料(liao)膩子工(gong)程等(deng)(deng)進(jin)行(xing)實(shi)(shi)測(ce)實(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)。在(zai)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)開展之(zhi)處,項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)深入研讀星河(he)實(shi)(shi)測(ce)實(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)操作規(gui)程,仔細研究了(le)(le)操作方法、數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)統計、數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)公示、預(yu)防措施(shi)(shi)(shi)、糾偏措施(shi)(shi)(shi)等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng),并進(jin)行(xing)實(shi)(shi)測(ce)實(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)交底與現(xian)場實(shi)(shi)際操作交底達6次。項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)集體研討預(yu)防措施(shi)(shi)(shi),要(yao)將質量(liang)(liang)(liang)控制(zhi)在(zai)事(shi)前(qian),提出了(le)(le):測(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)模板面(mian)(mian)(mian)標(biao)高(gao)平面(mian)(mian)(mian)標(biao)注(zhu)(zhu),測(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)垂直度澆筑前(qian)后(hou)平面(mian)(mian)(mian)標(biao)注(zhu)(zhu)對(dui)(dui)(dui)比(bi),澆筑時(shi)(shi)仍進(jin)行(xing)垂直度測(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang),墻板支模加(jia)設斜撐,梁柱節點模板優(you)化,排(pai)架優(you)化等(deng)(deng)一(yi)(yi)些列(lie)措施(shi)(shi)(shi),有效提高(gao)了(le)(le)實(shi)(shi)測(ce)實(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)合格(ge)率(lv)。在(zai)實(shi)(shi)測(ce)實(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)統計出后(hou),項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)針對(dui)(dui)(dui)實(shi)(shi)測(ce)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)進(jin)行(xing)分析、討論,找出偏差原(yuan)因,制(zhi)定了(le)(le)整(zheng)(zheng)改措施(shi)(shi)(shi),專(zhuan)人督促限(xian)時(shi)(shi)整(zheng)(zheng)改落(luo)實(shi)(shi)。通過對(dui)(dui)(dui)事(shi)前(qian),事(shi)中,事(shi)后(hou)等(deng)(deng)一(yi)(yi)系列(lie)控制(zhi)措施(shi)(shi)(shi),項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)在(zai)12月份星河(he)深圳(zhen)運(yun)營公司的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)測(ce)實(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)中取得了(le)(le)95分的(de)(de)高(gao)分,獲得了(le)(le)業主的(de)(de)肯定。

  星(xing)河要(yao)求(qiu),大(da)面積施(shi)工(gong)之前(qian)先做小塊施(shi)工(gong)樣(yang)(yang)板(ban)以(yi)(yi)檢驗(yan)班組是否(fou)勝任(ren)星(xing)河施(shi)工(gong)任(ren)務,主體(ti)(ti)結構(gou)階段完(wan)(wan)成交(jiao)(jiao)樓(lou)樣(yang)(yang)板(ban)已檢驗(yan)設計是否(fou)合理,同(tong)時明確(que)交(jiao)(jiao)付(fu)標準(zhun)。完(wan)(wan)成精(jing)裝修樣(yang)(yang)板(ban)以(yi)(yi)展示業主售樓(lou)賣點。樣(yang)(yang)板(ban)驗(yan)收(shou)確(que)認需附(fu)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)交(jiao)(jiao)底(di),樣(yang)(yang)板(ban)照片,驗(yan)收(shou)人(ren)員(yuan)簽字確(que)認等等。技術(shu)(shu)(shu)交(jiao)(jiao)底(di)需交(jiao)(jiao)底(di)到全體(ti)(ti)工(gong)人(ren),交(jiao)(jiao)底(di)明確(que)。技術(shu)(shu)(shu)部門事(shi)前(qian)對(dui)圖(tu)紙熟悉,繪制(zhi)配模圖(tu),砌體(ti)(ti)排磚圖(tu)對(dui)工(gong)人(ren)進行交(jiao)(jiao)底(di)形象,容易理解。從操作抓起,技術(shu)(shu)(shu)人(ren)員(yuan)認真向工(gong)人(ren)進行技術(shu)(shu)(shu)、質(zhi)量方面的指(zhi)導,是工(gong)人(ren)牢(lao)(lao)牢(lao)(lao)掌握(wo)各種(zhong)施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)藝,保證每個工(gong)人(ren)都能領會(hui)操作要(yao)令、掌握(wo)規(gui)范標準(zhun)要(yao)求(qiu)。

  2、嚴把材料進(jin)(jin)場(chang)關。首批材料進(jin)(jin)場(chang),需通知業主(zhu)公司材料部進(jin)(jin)行(xing)驗(yan)(yan)收,進(jin)(jin)場(chang)材料必須兩(liang)證一(yi)單齊全(quan),并認真(zhen)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)取(qu)樣(yang)復試(shi),在監理人員的監督下(xia)按(an)照規(gui)范要求進(jin)(jin)行(xing)取(qu)樣(yang)、送(song)試(shi)化(hua)驗(yan)(yan),試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)合(he)格后方(fang)(fang)可用于工(gong)程施工(gong),每批材料報(bao)審需報(bao)送(song)至(zhi)甲方(fang)(fang),每周(zhou)提供周(zhou)材料進(jin)(jin)場(chang)周(zhou)報(bao)。

  3、加強“自(zi)檢、互檢、交(jiao)接檢”和質檢員的(de)檢查(cha)驗收(shou)制度(du),經技術負責(ze)人復(fu)驗后簽(qian)字,報監理簽(qian)收(shou)并(bing)做到每道(dao)工(gong)序(xu)必驗,對出現不合格樣品(pin)嚴(yan)格執行獎(jiang)罰制度(du),提高(gao)了工(gong)人的(de)責(ze)任感。

  4、合理安排工(gong)(gong)(gong)序,建立對(dui)(dui)模板、鋼筋(jin)、混凝土(tu)的(de)成品保(bao)護規章制(zhi)(zhi)度,在施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中認(ren)真(zhen)貫徹落實。同時針對(dui)(dui)星河的(de)質量(liang)控制(zhi)(zhi)措施(shi),項目(mu)提出了(le)樓板控制(zhi)(zhi)器,鋼筋(jin)操作平(ping)臺,墻柱鑿(zao)毛,鋼筋(jin)滿扎,模板集中加工(gong)(gong)(gong),砌塊集中加工(gong)(gong)(gong),雙控線(xian)(xian),控制(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)(xian)上(shang)梁,激光貼(tie)餅,空調預制(zhi)(zhi)塊等(deng)等(deng)一(yi)系列措施(shi),從(cong)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)各個(ge)角度有(you)效(xiao)保(bao)證(zheng)了(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量(liang)。

  3、施(shi)工現場臨(lin)時(shi)用電(dian)設施(shi)齊(qi)全、靈敏,基本符合國家(jia)《臨(lin)時(shi)用電(dian)施(shi)工規范(fan)》的規定;施(shi)工機具操作(zuo)(zuo)人持證(zheng)上崗,機械操作(zuo)(zuo)規程明確,責任(ren)到人;外腳(jiao)手架(jia)(jia)架(jia)(jia)體、安全網張掛、腳(jiao)手板(ban)鋪設及時(shi)、正確,保證(zheng)了安全文明施(shi)工。

  4、工(gong)地食堂嚴格按有(you)關衛(wei)生標準(zhun)執行,食堂配備(bei)(bei)消毒(du)柜、冰箱、電熱開水器等設施,同時配備(bei)(bei)醫藥(yao)箱、單獨衛(wei)生間、淋(lin)浴室(shi)極大(da)的滿(man)足了職工(gong)生活的需要。
