  (3)工作精(jing)度(du)(du):是(shi)指對(dui)代表性工件精(jing)加工尺寸進行檢(jian)(jian)驗,尺寸精(jing)度(du)(du)是(shi)對(dui)機床幾何精(jing)度(du)(du),定位精(jing)度(du)(du)在一(yi)(yi)定切削和加工條件下的綜(zong)合考核(he)。主要有鏜孔精(jing)度(du)(du)、平(ping)行孔孔距精(jing)度(du)(du)、調頭鏜孔同軸度(du)(du)、銑削四周面精(jing)度(du)(du)、圓弧插補銑削精(jing)度(du)(du)等。(4)外觀:可參照通用(yong)機械(xie)相(xiang)關(guan)標(biao)準(zhun)檢(jian)(jian)驗,但(dan)加工中(zhong)心由于其單臺價格昂貴,外觀要求也高于一(yi)(yi)般機床。

  1.按剪(jian)刀(dao)的形狀分類 剪(jian)板(ban)機(ji)按剪(jian)刀(dao)的形狀分為直刀(dao)剪(jian)板(ban)機(ji)和(he)圓盤刀(dao)剪(jian)板(ban)機(ji)。

  直刀(dao)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)板(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)按構造(zao)分為龍(long)門剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)板(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)和喉(hou)口剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)板(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)。 圓(yuan)盤刀(dao)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)板(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)按構造(zao)分為圓(yuan)盤剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)板(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)、滾剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)機(ji)(ji)、多圓(yuan)盤剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)板(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)和旋轉式修邊剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)板(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)。

  2.按刀架的運動軌跡分類(lei) 剪板機按刀架的運動軌跡分為以下幾(ji)種:

  (1)刀(dao)架沿(yan)著垂線(xian)運動(dong),如圖4—1(a)所示(shi),由于沒有前(qian)傾角(jiao),因此(ci)上(shang)刀(dao)片斷(duan)面(mian)必須加工成菱形(xing)(xing),故只有兩個(ge)刃(ren)(ren)(四(si)個(ge)刃(ren)(ren)的矩形(xing)(xing)刀(dao)片也可(ke)用,但剪切質量差),這種刀(dao)架剪切的斷(duan)口與板面(mian)不(bu)成直角(jiao)。 (2)刀(dao)架沿(yan)著前(qian)傾線(xian)(與垂線(xian)夾角(jiao)為1°30′~2°)運動(dong),如圖4—l(b)所示(shi),上(shang)刀(dao)片斷(duan)面(mian)可(ke)加工成矩形(xing)(xing),具有四(si)個(ge)刀(dao)刃(ren)(ren),剪切的斷(duan)口基本上(shang)與板面(mian)成直角(jiao)。

  (3)刀(dao)(dao)架沿著圓弧線擺動,如(ru)圖4-1(c)所示。剪(jian)(jian)切刀(dao)(dao)片斷面宜加工成菱形,故只有兩個刀(dao)(dao)刃,由于上刀(dao)(dao)片在(zai)剪(jian)(jian)切過程中略有前傾(qing),因此剪(jian)(jian)切質(zhi)量與(yu)刀(dao)(dao)架沿著前傾(qing)線運(yun)動的相仿(fang)。 (4)刀(dao)(dao)架沿圓弧線擺動,前傾(qing)角可達300,因此可以剪(jian)(jian)出(chu)焊(han)接坡(po)口 3.按傳動的方(fang)式分類

  剪板機(ji)按傳動的方式分(fen)為:機(ji)械傳動剪板機(ji)和液壓(ya)傳動剪扳機(ji)剪板機(ji)工作原理及構(gou)造

  剪(jian)板(ban)(ban)機常用(yong)來(lai)剪(jian)裁直線(xian)邊(bian)緣的板(ban)(ban)料毛坯(pi)。剪(jian)切工(gong)藝(yi)應能(neng)保證被剪(jian)板(ban)(ban)料剪(jian)切表面(mian)的直線(xian)性和平行度要求,并盡量(liang)減少板(ban)(ban)材扭(niu)曲(qu),以(yi)獲得高質量(liang)的工(gong)件。 1.剪(jian)扳機工(gong)作(zuo)原理

  剪板(ban)(ban)(ban)機工作原理如(ru)圖4-2所(suo)示,上(shang)刀(dao)片1固定在刀(dao)架2上(shang),下刀(dao)片3固定在下床面4上(shang),床面上(shang)安(an)裝有托(tuo)球5,以便于板(ban)(ban)(ban)料(liao)6的送進移動,后擋料(liao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)7用于板(ban)(ban)(ban)料(liao)定位(wei),位(wei)置(zhi)由調位(wei)銷8進行調節(jie)。液壓(ya)壓(ya)料(liao)筒9用于壓(ya)緊板(ban)(ban)(ban)料(liao),以防(fang)止板(ban)(ban)(ban)料(liao)在剪切時翻轉。棚板(ban)(ban)(ban)10是(shi)安(an)全裝置(zhi),以防(fang)止發生工傷事(shi)故。

  七數控折彎機(ji) 本機(ji)適用于大型(xing)鋼結構(gou)件,鐵塔、路(lu)燈桿、高燈桿、汽車大梁、汽車車貨(huo)箱(xiang)等(deng)相關(guan)行業(ye)。WE67Yk系(xi)列數控折彎機(ji)的特(te)點:主要采用WE67YK系(xi)列板料(liao)折彎機(ji)結構(gou);由SDS-3PB折彎機(ji)全(quan)閉環(huan)數控系(xi)統、兩(liang)把(ba)光(guang)柵尺、一(yi)個光(guang)電編碼(ma)(ma)器實(shi)時(shi)檢測反(fan)饋(kui),步進電機(ji)驅動(dong)絲桿組成(cheng)全(quan)閉環(huan)控制。兩(liang)把(ba)光(guang)柵尺;一(yi)把(ba)對后(hou)擋(dang)料(liao)、一(yi)把(ba)對滑塊的位置(zhi)實(shi)時(shi)檢測反(fan)饋(kui)糾正(zheng);光(guang)電編碼(ma)(ma)器對油(you)缸死(si)擋(dang)塊的位置(zhi)進行檢測反(fan)饋(kui)給數控系(xi)統。 1、直接進行角度(du)編程,具(ju)有角度(du)補償功能。

  2、光柵尺實時(shi)檢(jian)測反饋(kui)校正、全閉環控制、后擋料和滑塊死擋料定(ding)位(wei)精度為?0.02mm。3、上(shang)模采用快速(su)夾緊裝置(zhi),下(xia)模采用斜楔變(bian)形補償機構。

  4、具(ju)有多工步編程功能,可實現多自動(dong)運(yun)行,完成多工步零件一次性(xing)加工,提高生產效率。5、根據用(yong)戶需求可選用(yong)性(xing)能穩定,結構緊湊的進(jin)口液壓系統、后擋料可選用(yong)滾(gun)珠絲(si)桿、同(tong)步帶傳動(dong)。

  此外還有(you)很(hen)多(duo)工具我(wo)(wo)暫時還不了(le)解.現(xian)在的(de)(de)工業發(fa)展(zhan)越(yue)(yue)來(lai)越(yue)(yue)快,在不久的(de)(de)將來(lai)中國(guo)一(yi)(yi)定更加發(fa)達(da).我(wo)(wo)們讀的(de)(de)“機電(dian)(dian)一(yi)(yi)體化”在國(guo)外被(bei)稱為Mechatronics是(shi)日本人(ren)在20世紀70年代(dai)初(chu)提(ti)出來(lai)的(de)(de),它是(shi)用英文Mechanics的(de)(de)前(qian)半(ban)部分(fen)和Electron-ics的(de)(de)后半(ban)部分(fen)結(jie)合在一(yi)(yi)起構(gou)成的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)新(xin)詞,意思是(shi)機械技術和電(dian)(dian)子技術的(de)(de)有(you)機結(jie)合。

  這一名(ming)稱已得到包括我國(guo)在內的(de)世(shi)界各國(guo)的(de)承認,我國(guo)的(de)工(gong)(gong)程技(ji)(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員習慣上把(ba)它譯為機(ji)(ji)電一體化(hua)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)。機(ji)(ji)電一體化(hua)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)又稱為機(ji)(ji)械電子技(ji)(ji)術(shu),是機(ji)(ji)械技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、電子技(ji)(ji)術(shu)和信息技(ji)(ji)術(shu)有(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)結(jie)合的(de)產物。1. 我國(guo)用微電子技(ji)(ji)術(shu)改造傳統工(gong)(gong)業的(de)工(gong)(gong)作量(liang)大而廣,有(you)(you)難度

  2. 我國用機電一(yi)體(ti)化技術加速產品更新換代,提(ti)高市(shi)場占有率的呼聲高,有壓力(li)。

  3. 我(wo)(wo)國(guo)用機(ji)電(dian)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)化(hua)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)取代技術含量和(he)(he)附加值低(di),耗(hao)能、耗(hao)水(shui)、耗(hao)材(cai)高,污染、擾民產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)責任(ren)重,有意(yi)義。在(zai)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)系(xi)統中(zhong),能耗(hao)、耗(hao)水(shui)大戶(hu),對環境污染嚴(yan)重的(de)(de)(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)還占(zhan)相當大的(de)(de)(de)(de)比重。近年(nian)來我(wo)(wo)國(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)、產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)雖然幾經調整(zheng),但由于多種原(yuan)因,成效一(yi)(yi)直(zhi)不(bu)(bu)夠(gou)明顯。這里(li)面固然有上級領導部門(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)政出(chu)(chu)多門(men)問題(ti),有企業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“故土難離”“死守(shou)故業(ye)(ye)(ye)”問題(ti),但不(bu)(bu)可(ke)否認也有優化(hua)不(bu)(bu)出(chu)(chu)理(li)想的(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye),優選不(bu)(bu)出(chu)(chu)中(zhong)意(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)問題(ti)。上佳的(de)(de)(de)(de)答(da)案早就擺在(zai)了這些(xie)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)面前,這就是(shi)發展機(ji)電(dian)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)化(hua),開發和(he)(he)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)有關的(de)(de)(de)(de)機(ji)電(dian)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)化(hua)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)。機(ji)電(dian)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)化(hua)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)功能強、性能好、質量高、成本低(di),且具有柔性,可(ke)根據市場需要(yao)和(he)(he)用戶(hu)反映時產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)和(he)(he)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)過程(cheng)做必要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)調整(zheng)、改(gai)革,而無(wu)須改(gai)換設備(bei)。這是(shi)解決(jue)機(ji)電(dian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)多品(pin)種、少批量生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)出(chu)(chu)路。同時,可(ke)為傳統的(de)(de)(de)(de)機(ji)械(xie)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)注(zhu)入新(xin)鮮血液(ye),帶(dai)來新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)活力,把機(ji)械(xie)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)從繁重的(de)(de)(de)(de)體(ti)(ti)(ti)力勞(lao)動中(zhong)解脫出(chu)(chu)來,實現文明生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)。

  另(ling)外,從市(shi)場需(xu)求的(de)角度看,由于我國研制、開發機電一(yi)體化產品(pin)的(de)歷(li)史不長,差距較(jiao)大,許多產品(pin)的(de)品(pin)種、數量、檔(dang)次、質量都不能滿足需(xu)求,每年(nian)進口量都比較(jiao)大,因此亟需(xu)發展。

  (二) 我國“機電一體化”工作(zuo)的任務

  我(wo)國在機電一(yi)(yi)體化(hua)方面(mian)的(de)任務(wu)可以概(gai)括為兩句(ju)話(hua)(hua)(hua):一(yi)(yi)句(ju)話(hua)(hua)(hua)是(shi)(shi)廣泛深入地(di)用(yong)機電一(yi)(yi)體化(hua)技術(shu)改造傳統產業(ye);另一(yi)(yi)句(ju)話(hua)(hua)(hua)是(shi)(shi)大張(zhang)旗鼓地(di)開發機電一(yi)(yi)體化(hua)產品(pin),促(cu)進(jin)機電產品(pin)的(de)更新換代(dai)。總的(de)目的(de)是(shi)(shi)促(cu)進(jin)機電一(yi)(yi)體產業(ye)的(de)形成(cheng)、為我(wo)國產業(ye)結構和產品(pin)結構調整作貢獻。

  總(zong)之,機電(dian)一(yi)體化技術(shu)既是振興傳統機電(dian)工業(ye)的新(xin)鮮血液和源(yuan)動(dong)力,又是開啟我國(guo)機電(dian)行業(ye)產(chan)品結構、產(chan)業(ye)結構調整大門的鑰匙(chi)。

  六、我國發展“機電一體化”的對策

  (一)加(jia)強統籌安排,協調(diao)發(fa)展(zhan)計(ji)劃

  目(mu)前(qian),我(wo)國從事“機(ji)電一(yi)(yi)體(ti)化(hua)”研(yan)(yan)究開(kai)發(fa)及生(sheng)產的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)很多。各自都有(you)(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)套自己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展策略(lve)。各單(dan)(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)計劃(hua)由于(yu)受(shou)各自立(li)足點(dian)、著眼(yan)點(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)限制,難(nan)免只考(kao)(kao)慮局部利益,各主管部門的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)關(guan)(guan)計劃(hua)和規劃(hua),也(ye)有(you)(you)(you)統一(yi)(yi)考(kao)(kao)慮不足,統籌安排不夠的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問題(ti),同時(shi)缺(que)少(shao)綜觀全(quan)局的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)權(quan)威(wei)性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展計劃(hua)和戰略(lve)規劃(hua)。因此(ci),建議各主管部門責成有(you)(you)(you)關(guan)(guan)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)在進(jin)行(xing)深入(ru)調(diao)查研(yan)(yan)究、科(ke)學分析的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎上(shang),制定出統管全(quan)局的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“機(ji)電一(yi)(yi)體(ti)化(hua)”研(yan)(yan)究、開(kai)發(fa)、生(sheng)產計劃(hua)和規劃(hua),避免開(kai)發(fa)上(shang)重復,生(sheng)產上(shang)撞車!

  (二)強(qiang)化行(xing)業(ye)管(guan)理(li),發揮“協(xie)(xie)會(hui)”作用目前(qian)(qian),我(wo)國(guo)“機電一體(ti)(ti)化”較熱,而按目前(qian)(qian)的(de)(de)行(xing)業(ye)劃分方法(fa)和管(guan)理(li)體(ti)(ti)制(zhi),“政出(chu)多門(men)”是(shi)難哆的(de)(de)。因(yin)此(ci),我(wo)國(guo)有(you)必要(yao)明確(que)一個“機電一體(ti)(ti)化”行(xing)業(ye)的(de)(de)統管(guan)機構(gou)(gou),根據目前(qian)(qian)國(guo)家政治體(ti)(ti)制(zhi)改革(ge)(ge)和經(jing)濟體(ti)(ti)制(zhi)改革(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)精(jing)神,以及(ji)機電一體(ti)(ti)化行(xing)業(ye)特點,我(wo)們(men)建議,盡快加(jia)強(qiang)北京(jing)機電一體(ti)(ti)化協(xie)(xie)會(hui)的(de)(de)建設(she),賦(fu)予其行(xing)業(ye)管(guan)理(li)職能。“協(xie)(xie)會(hui)”要(yao)進一步(bu)擴(kuo)大(da)領導(dao)機構(gou)(gou)——理(li)事(shi)會(hui)的(de)(de)代表層面(mian)和復蓋面(mian),要(yao)加(jia)強(qiang)辦公室、秘書處的(de)(de)建設(she);要(yao)通(tong)過其精(jing)明干練的(de)(de)辦事(shi)機構(gou)(gou)、經(jing)濟實(shi)體(ti)(ti),組織“行(xing)業(ye)”發展(zhan)計劃、戰略(lve)規劃的(de)(de)擬制(zhi);指導(dao)行(xing)業(ye)布點布局(ju)的(de)(de)調整,進行(xing)發展(zhan)突破口的(de)(de)選擇,抓(zhua)好(hao)重點工(gong)程的(de)(de)試點和有(you)關項目的(de)(de)發標、招標工(gong)作……

  (三)優化發(fa)展(zhan)環(huan)境、增大支(zhi)持力(li)度(du)

  優(you)化(hua)(hua)發(fa)展(zhan)環境指(zhi)通過宣(xuan)傳(chuan)群眾,造成一(yi)種社會上下、企(qi)業內外(wai)(wai)都重(zhong)視、支持“機(ji)電(dian)(dian)一(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)”發(fa)展(zhan)的氛圍,如(ru)盡快為(wei)外(wai)(wai)商(shang)到我國(guo)投資(zi)發(fa)展(zhan)“機(ji)電(dian)(dian)一(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)”產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業提供方(fang)便;盡可能為(wei)興辦開(kai)發(fa)、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)一(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)的高新技術企(qi)業開(kai)綠燈;盡力為(wei)開(kai)發(fa)、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)一(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)調配好(hao)資(zi)源要素等。

  增(zeng)大支持力度,在技術(shu)(shu)政策上,要嚴(yan)格限制耗電(dian)、耗水(shui)、耗材高的傳統(tong)產(chan)品的發展,對(dui)未采用機(ji)電(dian)一體化(hua)技術(shu)(shu)落后產(chan)品限制強制淘汰(tai);大力提倡用機(ji)電(dian)一體化(hua)技術(shu)(shu)對(dui)傳統(tong)產(chan)業(ye)進行改(gai)造(zao),對(dui)有關機(ji)電(dian)一體化(hua)技術(shu)(shu)對(dui)傳統(tong)產(chan)業(ye)乾地(di)改(gai)造(zao),對(dui)有關技術(shu)(shu)開發、應用項目(mu)優(you)先(xian)立項、優(you)先(xian)支持,對(dui)在技術(shu)(shu)開發、應用中(zhong)做(zuo)出貢獻的單位領導(dao)、科技人員進行表彰獎勵(li)等。

  (四)突出發展重點,兼(jian)顧“兩個層次”

  機(ji)(ji)電一體(ti)化產(chan)業(ye)復蓋(gai)面非(fei)常廣,而我們(men)的(de)財(cai)力、人力和物力是有(you)限的(de),因此我們(men)在(zai)(zai)(zai)抓(zhua)機(ji)(ji)電一體(ti)化產(chan)業(ye)發(fa)展時不(bu)能(neng)面面俱到、平鋪直(zhi)敘,而應分清主次,大膽取(qu)舍,有(you)所(suo)為(wei),有(you)所(suo)不(bu)為(wei)。要注意抓(zhua)兩個(ge)(ge)層(ceng)(ceng)次上(shang)(shang)的(de)工(gong)作。第一個(ge)(ge)層(ceng)(ceng)次是“面上(shang)(shang)”的(de)工(gong)作,即(ji)用電子(zi)信息技術對傳統(tong)產(chan)業(ye)進(jin)(jin)行改(gai)造,在(zai)(zai)(zai)傳統(tong)的(de)機(ji)(ji)電設備上(shang)(shang)植入或嫁接上(shang)(shang)微電子(zi)(計(ji)算機(ji)(ji))裝置,使(shi)(shi)“機(ji)(ji)械(xie)”和“電子(zi)”技術在(zai)(zai)(zai)淺層(ceng)(ceng)次上(shang)(shang)結合(he)。第二個(ge)(ge)層(ceng)(ceng)次是“提高”工(gong)作,即(ji)在(zai)(zai)(zai)新產(chan)品設計(ji)之初,就把“機(ji)(ji)械(xie)”與“電子(zi)”統(tong)一起來進(jin)(jin)行考慮,使(shi)(shi)“機(ji)(ji)械(xie)”與“電子(zi)”密不(bu)可分,深度(du)結合(he),生產(chan)出來的(de)新產(chan)品起碼(ma)正(zheng)做到機(ji)(ji)電一體(ti)化。

  時光匆匆,歲(sui)月流梭!轉眼為(wei)期一(yi)周的(de)(de)車工實習(xi)結束了(le)(le)。在(zai)實習(xi)期間雖(sui)然很(hen)累、很(hen)苦,但(dan)我卻(que)感到(dao)很(hen)快(kuai)樂!因為(wei)我們在(zai)學到(dao)了(le)(le)作為(wei)一(yi)名銑工所必(bi)備的(de)(de)知識的(de)(de)同時還(huan)鍛煉了(le)(le)自己的(de)(de)動手能力。而且也讓我更深刻地體會到(dao)偉大(da)的(de)(de)詩(shi)人—李(li)白那一(yi)名言(yan):只要功(gong)夫深,鐵杵磨成針(zhen)的(de)(de)真正(zheng)內涵!

  我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)實(shi)習的(de)(de)(de)第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天看(kan)(kan)了(le)關于(yu)車工(gong)(gong)實(shi)習的(de)(de)(de)有關的(de)(de)(de)知識(shi)與我(wo)(wo)(wo)車工(gong)(gong)實(shi)習過程中的(de)(de)(de)注意事項(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)碟片。看(kan)(kan)到(dao)那飛轉的(de)(de)(de)機器、飛濺(jian)的(de)(de)(de)鐵花(hua)(hua),令我(wo)(wo)(wo)既擔心又(you)激動(dong)。擔心的(de)(de)(de)是(shi),如果(guo)那飛轉的(de)(de)(de)機器隆(long)隆(long)聲讓人心驚肉跳和(he)那鮮紅的(de)(de)(de)鐵花(hua)(hua)四處(chu)飛濺(jian)的(de)(de)(de)發出(chu)耀眼(yan)的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)光芒令人眼(yan)花(hua)(hua)繚亂;激動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi),等(deng)待了(le)將近(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)車工(gong)(gong)實(shi)習就要開始了(le)。這是(shi)作為學生的(de)(de)(de)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)次(ci)進入工(gong)(gong)廠當令人尊(zun)敬的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)人,也是(shi)第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)次(ci)到(dao)每一(yi)(yi)(yi)個工(gong)(gong)科(ke)學子一(yi)(yi)(yi)試身手的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)習基地。我(wo)(wo)(wo)怎么會(hui)不激動(dong)萬分呢?

  一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)星期,短(duan)短(duan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)星期,對我(wo)們(men)(men)這些(xie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)科的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生來說,因為這是一(yi)(yi)(yi)次理論與實(shi)踐(jian)相結合(he)的(de)(de)(de)絕好機會(hui),又(you)(you)將(jiang)全面地(di)檢驗我(wo)們(men)(men)知(zhi)(zhi)識水平。我(wo)暗(an)暗(an)下定決(jue)心(xin):我(wo)會(hui)做得(de)最好的(de)(de)(de)!車工(gong)(gong)(gong)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)是機械(xie)(xie)類各(ge)專業學(xue)(xue)生必修(xiu)的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)踐(jian)性很強的(de)(de)(de)技術基礎課。學(xue)(xue)生在車工(gong)(gong)(gong)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)過程中通過獨立(li)地(di)實(shi)踐(jian)操作(zuo),將(jiang)有(you)關機械(xie)(xie)制造的(de)(de)(de)基本工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)知(zhi)(zhi)識、基本工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)方法和基本工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)實(shi)踐(jian)等有(you)機結合(he)起來的(de)(de)(de),進(jin)行工(gong)(gong)(gong)程實(shi)踐(jian)綜合(he)能力的(de)(de)(de)訓練及進(jin)行思(si)想品德(de)和素(su)質的(de)(de)(de)培養與鍛練。車工(gong)(gong)(gong)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)是培養學(xue)(xue)生實(shi)踐(jian)能力的(de)(de)(de)有(you)效途(tu)徑。又(you)(you)是我(wo)們(men)(men)大學(xue)(xue)生、工(gong)(gong)(gong)科類的(de)(de)(de)大學(xue)(xue)生,院的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)必修(xiu)課,非常(chang)重要的(de)(de)(de)也特別有(you)車工(gong)(gong)(gong)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)又(you)(you)是我(wo)們(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)次實(shi)際(ji)掌握知(zhi)(zhi)識的(de)(de)(de)機會(hui),離開了課堂嚴(yan)謹的(de)(de)(de)環境,我(wo)們(men)(men)會(hui)感(gan)受到(dao)車間的(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)氛。同時(shi)也更加(jia)(jia)感(gan)受到(dao)了當一(yi)(yi)(yi)名(ming)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)心(xin)情(qing),使我(wo)們(men)(men)更加(jia)(jia)清醒(xing)地(di)認識到(dao)肩負(fu)的(de)(de)(de)責任。

  通過老師的(de)(de)(de)講解。我終于(yu)明白(bai)了(le)(le)什么(me)是(shi)銑(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。同時也懂得了(le)(le)為什么(me)有(you)人說“當銑(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)是(shi)最(zui)累的(de)(de)(de)!”銑(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)是(shi)以手工(gong)(gong)(gong)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為主,使用各種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)來完(wan)成(cheng)零件的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、裝配和修理等(deng)(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。與機械(xie)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)相比,勞動強(qiang)度大、生產(chan)效率(lv)低(di),但是(shi)可(ke)以完(wan)成(cheng)機械(xie)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)不(bu)(bu)便加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)或難以完(wan)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),同時設(she)備(bei)簡單,故在(zai)機械(xie)制造和修配工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong),仍(reng)是(shi)不(bu)(bu)可(ke)缺少的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)種(zhong)。銑(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)常用設(she)備(bei)有(you)銑(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺、臺虎銑(xian)、砂輪等(deng)(deng)(deng)。銑(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)范圍有(you)劃(hua)線、鏨(zan)削(xue)(xue)、鋸削(xue)(xue)、銼(cuo)削(xue)(xue)、刮削(xue)(xue)、研磨、鉆(zhan)孔、擴孔、鉸孔、锪孔、攻螺(luo)紋、套螺(luo)紋、裝配、和修理等(deng)(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)(deng)。

  其中銑工的實習安全技術為(wei):

  1、銑臺要放(fang)在便于工作和(he)光線適(shi)宜的地(di)方;鉆床和(he)砂(sha)輪一般應(ying)放(fang)在場地(di)的邊緣,以保(bao)證安全。

  2、使用機床、工(gong)具(ju)(如鉆床、砂(sha)輪、手電鉆等),要經常檢查,發現損壞不得使用,需要修好再用。

  3、臺虎銑夾持工具時,不(bu)得用錘子錘擊臺虎手柄或(huo)鋼管施加夾緊力。

  4、使用(yong)電動工(gong)具時,要(yao)有絕(jue)緣保(bao)護(hu)和(he)安全接地措施。使用(yong)砂輪時,要(yao)戴好防(fang)護(hu)眼(yan)鏡(jing)。在(zai)銑臺上進行(xing)操作(zuo)加工(gong)時要(yao)有防(fang)護(hu)網。

  5、毛坯和加(jia)工零件應放(fang)置(zhi)在規(gui)定的(de)位置(zhi),排列整(zheng)齊、安放(fang)平穩(wen),要保證安全,便于(yu)取放(fang),并避免碰傷已加(jia)工的(de)表(biao)面。

  6、鉆孔(kong)、擴孔(kong)、鉸(jiao)孔(kong)、锪孔(kong)、攻螺(luo)紋、套螺(luo)紋時,工(gong)件(jian)一定要夾牢,加工(gong)通孔(kong)時要把工(gong)件(jian)墊起或讓刀(dao)具對準工(gong)作臺槽。

  作(zuo)為一名新(xin)時(shi)代的(de)大(da)學(xue)生(sheng),我很(hen)自豪和驕傲。但是(shi)在(zai)新(xin)時(shi)代的(de)狀況下,社(she)會(hui)競爭日趨激(ji)烈,社(she)會(hui)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)越(yue)來越(yue)快(kuai),只要你跟不(bu)上,就(jiu)會(hui)被社(she)會(hui)淘汰。大(da)學(xue)生(sheng)就(jiu)得(de)走(zou)在(zai)時(shi)代的(de)最前沿,做(zuo)人之不(bu)敢做(zuo),走(zou)人之不(bu)敢走(zou),讓我們的(de)社(she)會(hui)在(zai)我們的(de)帶領(ling)下發(fa)展(zhan)壯大(da)。

  但是(shi)空(kong)有一(yi)身(shen)抱負是(shi)不行的,還要有一(yi)身(shen)的本(ben)領才行。此刻社會(hui)最缺的就(jiu)是(shi)人才,雖然不見得(de)每個大學生都是(shi)人才,但是(shi)經(jing)過無數(shu)次考試才得(de)以成為大學生的我(wo)們(men)確實真的有我(wo)們(men)自我(wo)的本(ben)事,只(zhi)要運(yun)用得(de)當(dang),就(jiu)能夠(gou)為社會(hui)做出(chu)巨大的貢獻。

  在學校(xiao)期(qi)間我(wo)(wo)就經常出去實(shi)習,增(zeng)加自我(wo)(wo)的社(she)會實(shi)踐潛力,為了(le)在以后工作后不被淘(tao)汰,就得這樣。找到了(le)實(shi)習的地方,我(wo)(wo)就開(kai)始實(shi)習了(le)。

  這次我去的地方是工廠,生(sheng)產第(di)一線,讓我了解什(shen)么(me)才叫艱苦。

  時光(guang)如流水,轉眼即逝,實(shi)習結束后給我的(de)報(bao)告(gao)是:

  ①透過這(zhe)次(ci)實習我們(men)了(le)解了(le)現代機(ji)械(xie)(xie)制(zhi)造工(gong)業的生(sheng)產方式和工(gong)藝過程(cheng)。熟悉工(gong)程(cheng)材料(liao)主(zhu)要成形方法和主(zhu)要機(ji)械(xie)(xie)加工(gong)方法及其(qi)所用主(zhu)要設備的工(gong)作原(yuan)理和典(dian)型結構、工(gong)夾量具的使用以(yi)及安全操作技術。了(le)解機(ji)械(xie)(xie)制(zhi)造工(gong)藝知識和新(xin)工(gong)藝、新(xin)技術、新(xin)設備在機(ji)械(xie)(xie)制(zhi)造中(zhong)的應用。

  ②在工(gong)程材料主要(yao)成形加工(gong)方法(fa)和主要(yao)機(ji)械加工(gong)方法(fa)上,具(ju)有(you)初(chu)步的(de)獨立操(cao)作技能。

  ③在了解、熟悉和(he)掌握必須的工程基(ji)礎(chu)知識和(he)操(cao)作技能(neng)過程中,培養、提(ti)高(gao)和(he)加強了我們的工程實踐潛(qian)力、創(chuang)新(xin)意(yi)識和(he)創(chuang)新(xin)潛(qian)力。

  ④這次實習,讓我們明白做事(shi)要認真(zhen)留意細致,不(bu)(bu)(bu)得有半點(dian)馬虎。同(tong)時也培(pei)養了我們堅強不(bu)(bu)(bu)屈(qu)的本質,不(bu)(bu)(bu)到最后一秒(miao)決不(bu)(bu)(bu)放下的毅力(li)!

  ⑤培養(yang)和鍛(duan)煉了勞(lao)動(dong)觀點、質(zhi)量和經濟觀念,強化遵(zun)守(shou)(shou)勞(lao)動(dong)紀律、遵(zun)守(shou)(shou)安全技術規則和愛護國家財產的自覺性,提高了我們的整體綜(zong)合(he)素質(zhi)。

  ⑥在整個實(shi)習(xi)過程中,老師(shi)對(dui)我(wo)們的(de)(de)(de)紀(ji)律要求十分嚴(yan)格,制訂了學(xue)生實(shi)習(xi)守則(ze),同(tong)時加強(qiang)清理機床場地(di)、遵守各工(gong)種的(de)(de)(de)安全操作規程等要求,對(dui)學(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)綜(zong)合(he)工(gong)程素質(zhi)培養起(qi)到了較(jiao)好的(de)(de)(de)促進(jin)作用。

  很(hen)快我(wo)們(men)就(jiu)要(yao)步(bu)入社會,面臨(lin)就(jiu)業了,就(jiu)業單位(wei)不(bu)會像老師那(nei)樣(yang)點(dian)點(dian)滴(di)滴(di)細致(zhi)入微地把要(yao)做的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)告訴我(wo)們(men),更(geng)多的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)需要(yao)我(wo)們(men)自我(wo)去(qu)觀察、學習(xi)(xi)(xi)。不(bu)具備這項潛力就(jiu)難以勝任未來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)挑戰。隨著(zhu)科學的(de)(de)(de)(de)迅猛發展,新技術的(de)(de)(de)(de)廣泛應用(yong),會有(you)很(hen)多領域是(shi)我(wo)們(men)未曾接(jie)觸(chu)過的(de)(de)(de)(de),只有(you)敢于(yu)去(qu)嘗(chang)試才(cai)能有(you)所(suo)(suo)突破(po),有(you)所(suo)(suo)創(chuang)新。實習(xi)(xi)(xi)帶(dai)給我(wo)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de),不(bu)全是(shi)我(wo)們(men)所(suo)(suo)接(jie)觸(chu)到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)那(nei)些操作(zuo)技能,也不(bu)僅僅僅是(shi)透過幾(ji)項工種所(suo)(suo)要(yao)求我(wo)們(men)鍛煉的(de)(de)(de)(de)幾(ji)種潛力,更(geng)多的(de)(de)(de)(de)則需要(yao)我(wo)們(men)每個(ge)人(ren)在實習(xi)(xi)(xi)結(jie)束后根據自我(wo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)狀況去(qu)感悟,去(qu)反(fan)思,勤時(shi)自勉,有(you)所(suo)(suo)收(shou)獲,使(shi)這次實習(xi)(xi)(xi)到(dao)達(da)了他的(de)(de)(de)(de)真正目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。

  一、實習目的

  終(zhong)于(yu)等到(dao)了(le)(le)(le)實習(xi)的時(shi)候了(le)(le)(le),很早以(yi)前就從師兄那里(li)打聽到(dao)了(le)(le)(le)有實習(xi),那時(shi)候可以(yi)說(shuo)是(shi)急(ji)切地期盼著這(zhe)一(yi)天(tian)的到(dao)來(lai),因為大家再也無法(fa)滿足于(yu)課(ke)堂教學,盡管從同學朋友那里(li)了(le)(le)(le)解到(dao)實習(xi)并非像(xiang)想象中的那樣是(shi)一(yi)件快(kuai)樂的事情。

  驀然回(hui)首,轉(zhuan)眼(yan)為(wei)期一(yi)周的(de)(de)(de)(de)銑(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)結束了(le)。在實(shi)習(xi)(xi)期間雖然很(hen)(hen)累、很(hen)(hen)苦(ku),但我(wo)卻(que)感到很(hen)(hen)快樂!因(yin)為(wei)我(wo)們(men)在學到了(le)作為(wei)一(yi)名銑(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)所必備的(de)(de)(de)(de)知識的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時還(huan)鍛煉了(le)自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)手(shou)能力。而且(qie)也(ye)讓(rang)我(wo)更深刻地體會到偉大的(de)(de)(de)(de)詩人李白(bai)那(nei)(nei)一(yi)名言:只(zhi)要功夫深,鐵杵磨成(cheng)針的(de)(de)(de)(de)真正內涵! 我(wo)們(men)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)第一(yi)天看(kan)了(le)關于銑(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)關的(de)(de)(de)(de)知識與我(wo)銑(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)過程中的(de)(de)(de)(de)注意事項的(de)(de)(de)(de)碟片。看(kan)到那(nei)(nei)飛轉(zhuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)機器、飛濺的(de)(de)(de)(de)鐵花(hua),令(ling)我(wo)既擔心(xin)又激(ji)動(dong)(dong)。擔心(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是,如果那(nei)(nei)飛轉(zhuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)機器隆隆聲讓(rang)人心(xin)驚肉跳和那(nei)(nei)鮮紅的(de)(de)(de)(de)鐵花(hua)四處飛濺的(de)(de)(de)(de)發出耀眼(yan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)光芒令(ling)人眼(yan)花(hua)繚亂;激(ji)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是,等待了(le)將近一(yi)年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)銑(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)就要開(kai)始了(le)。這是作為(wei)學生的(de)(de)(de)(de)我(wo)們(men)第一(yi)次(ci)進入工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠當令(ling)人尊(zun)敬的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人,也(ye)是第一(yi)次(ci)到每一(yi)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)科學子一(yi)試身(shen)手(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)基地。

  其實(shi),對我們這些工科的(de)學(xue)生來(lai)說這是一(yi)次理論與實(shi)踐(jian)(jian)相結(jie)合的(de)絕(jue)好機(ji)會(hui),又將(jiang)(jiang)全面地(di)檢(jian)驗我們知(zhi)識水平(ping)。銑(xian)工實(shi)習(xi)是機(ji)械類各專業學(xue)生必修的(de)實(shi)踐(jian)(jian)性很強(qiang)的(de)技術基(ji)礎課。學(xue)生在(zai)銑(xian)工實(shi)習(xi)過程中通(tong)過獨立地(di)實(shi)踐(jian)(jian)操作,將(jiang)(jiang)有關機(ji)械制造的(de)基(ji)本工藝知(zhi)識、基(ji)本工藝方(fang)法(fa)和基(ji)本工藝實(shi)踐(jian)(jian)等(deng)有機(ji)結(jie)合起來(lai)的(de),進(jin)行(xing)工程實(shi)踐(jian)(jian)綜合能(neng)力(li)的(de)訓練及(ji)進(jin)行(xing)思想品德和素質的(de)培養與鍛(duan)練。

  銑工(gong)實習(xi)是(shi)培養學(xue)(xue)生實踐能力的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)效途徑(jing)。又(you)是(shi)我們(men)大(da)學(xue)(xue)生、工(gong)科類的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)學(xue)(xue)生,院(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)必修課,非常重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)也特別有(you)銑工(gong)實習(xi)又(you)是(shi)我們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一次(ci)實際掌握知識的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)機會(hui),離開(kai)了(le)課堂(tang)嚴謹的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)環境,我們(men)會(hui)感受到(dao)車間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)氣氛。同時(shi)也更加感受到(dao)了(le)當一名工(gong)人的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)心情,使(shi)我們(men)更加清醒地認識到(dao)肩負的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)責(ze)任。

  通過老師的(de)講解(jie)。我終于(yu)明(ming)白了什么(me)是銑(xian)(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。同時(shi)也(ye)懂得了為什么(me)有(you)人說“當銑(xian)(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)是最累的(de)!” 銑(xian)(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)是以手工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)操作(zuo)為主,使用各種工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具來完成(cheng)零(ling)件(jian)的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、裝配和(he)(he)修(xiu)理等工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。與(yu)機械加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)相比,勞動強(qiang)度大、生產效率低,但是可(ke)以完成(cheng)機械加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)不便加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)或(huo)難以完成(cheng)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),同時(shi)設備(bei)簡(jian)單,故在(zai)機械制造和(he)(he)修(xiu)配工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中,仍(reng)是不可(ke)缺(que)少(shao)的(de)重(zhong)要工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)種。 銑(xian)(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)常用設備(bei)有(you)銑(xian)(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)、臺(tai)虎銑(xian)(xian)、砂輪等。

  二、具體內容

  本次實習,我主要(yao)是做銑工,所謂(wei)銑工就是根據(ju)設(she)計(ji)零件(jian)圖紙用銑床(加工零件(jian)的(de)(de)設(she)備)進(jin)行(xing)零件(jian)加工的(de)(de)技術工人,分為初(chu)級工、高(gao)級工。零件(jian)加工精度(du)要(yao)求(qiu)高(gao)。

  銑工的操作要(yao)求如下:

  1、銑臺要放在便(bian)于工作和(he)光線適宜的地方;鉆床和(he)砂輪一般應放在場地的邊(bian)緣(yuan),以保(bao)證安全。

  2、使(shi)用(yong)機床(chuang)、工具(如鉆床(chuang)、砂輪(lun)、手(shou)電鉆等),要經常檢(jian)查,發現損壞不得使(shi)用(yong),需要修(xiu)好再(zai)用(yong)。

  3、臺(tai)(tai)虎銑(xian)夾(jia)持工(gong)具時,不得用(yong)錘子錘擊臺(tai)(tai)虎手柄或鋼管施加夾(jia)緊(jin)力。

  4、使用電動工(gong)具時,要(yao)有絕(jue)緣保(bao)護(hu)和安全接地措施。使用砂輪(lun)時,要(yao)戴好防(fang)護(hu)眼鏡。在銑臺上(shang)進行操作加工(gong)時要(yao)有防(fang)護(hu)網。 寫自我鑒定,上(shang)自我鑒定網

  5、毛坯和加(jia)工(gong)零件應放(fang)置在規定(ding)的位置,排列整齊(qi)、安放(fang)平(ping)穩,要保證安全(quan),便于取放(fang),并(bing)避免(mian)碰傷已加(jia)工(gong)的表面。

  6、鉆孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)、擴孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)、鉸孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)、锪孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)、攻螺紋(wen)、套螺紋(wen)時(shi),工(gong)件(jian)一(yi)定要(yao)夾牢,加工(gong)通孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)時(shi)要(yao)把工(gong)件(jian)墊(dian)起(qi)或讓刀具對準工(gong)作(zuo)臺槽。

  7、使用(yong)鉆(zhan)(zhan)床時(shi),不得(de)戴手套,不得(de)拿棉紗操(cao)作。更換鉆(zhan)(zhan)頭等刀具(ju)(ju)時(shi),要(yao)用(yong)專(zhuan)用(yong)工(gong)具(ju)(ju)。不得(de)用(yong)錘子(zi)擊(ji)打鉆(zhan)(zhan)夾頭。

  銑工(gong)的實習目的:

  4、在銑床上正確(que)安全工件、刀具(ju)并(bing)完成對(dui)平面(mian)、溝槽等(deng)的(de)銑削(xue)。自我(wo)鑒(jian)定(ding)1 T-以上是銑工的(de)基本(ben)知識(shi),實習時我(wo)時刻牢記的(de)內容,也是對(dui)書本(ben)知識(shi)的(de)鞏固之處。

  接下來(lai)說(shuo)說(shuo)我的實(shi)習經歷了。

  1、第一節理(li)論課(ke)上,老(lao)師首(shou)先(xian)強調銑(xian)(xian)床(chuang)操(cao)作過程中(zhong)應(ying)注意的(de)(de)事項,然后老(lao)師詳細(xi)(xi)介紹(shao)了銑(xian)(xian)削加工的(de)(de)概念、特點、加工范圍及有關(guan)的(de)(de)'物(wu)理(li)量,并(bing)帶領(ling)我們(men)參觀講解(jie)臥式(shi)、立式(shi)銑(xian)(xian)床(chuang)的(de)(de)組成部分、聯(lian)系講解(jie)完(wan)上面(mian)的(de)(de)內容,老(lao)師帶領(ling)我們(men)來到(dao)銑(xian)(xian)床(chuang)上,詳細(xi)(xi)介紹(shao)了如何(he)裝夾工件及有關(guan)操(cao)作,如何(he)進行平面(mian)的(de)(de)銑(xian)(xian)削。

  2、練(lian)習的(de)時(shi)間到(dao)(dao)了,我們5個人(ren)一(yi)組,分別在銑床上銑削(xue)平面。從最簡(jian)單的(de)開機、停機,到(dao)(dao)裝(zhuang)夾工(gong)件(jian),再到(dao)(dao)對刀(dao)、吃刀(dao)直(zhi)至(zhi)最后完成對工(gong)件(jian)的(de)加工(gong),我們小組取得喜人(ren)的(de)成績。寫

  3、由(you)于我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)剛開始是(shi)在立式(shi)銑(xian)床上(shang)銑(xian)削平面,因(yin)此我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)小(xiao)組和別的(de)小(xiao)組交換機器,我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)到(dao)臥(wo)式(shi)銑(xian)床上(shang)練習。臥(wo)式(shi)銑(xian)床銑(xian)削平面速度就是(shi)快,只(zhi)可惜,學校的(de)兩臺臥(wo)式(shi)銑(xian)床的(de)油泵壞(huai)了,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺的(de)橫、縱、垂直進給三個(ge)方向(xiang)的(de)自動(dong)移動(dong)也都壞(huai)了,還(huan)好,我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)人手充足(zu)。最終,在我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)的(de)齊心協力下,一個(ge)個(ge)合格的(de)工(gong)(gong)件順利“誕(dan)生”。

  4、第二天實習(xi),難度(du)有所提高(gao)。理論課上(shang),老師講解了銑床(chuang)上(shang)常(chang)用的刀具(ju)以及(ji)它們的特點(dian)和使用方法,講解了如何銑削溝槽后,我(wo)們就開始我(wo)們的“工作(zuo)”。溝槽的加工可比(bi)平面難多了,為了保證工件的精度(du),我(wo)們處處小心,每(mei)一個操作(zuo)都小心翼翼,結(jie)果(guo)有的工件還不合格(ge),也許(xu)是刀具(ju)的原因吧(ba)!自我(wo)鑒定,

  5、平面、溝槽的聯系已告一段落,我(wo)們(men)也開始了我(wo)們(men)的小測(ce)試(shi),在老師(shi)的規定時間內,完成(cheng)對(dui)工(gong)件的加工(gong),經過一番努力,終于(yu)順利通(tong)過測(ce)試(shi)。

  6、第三天實習,難度(du)更(geng)大了(le),本來既要練(lian)習銑削臺階面又要銑削等(deng)分零(ling)件的,但時(shi)間有限,我(wo)們只練(lian)習階梯的銑削,對了(le)等(deng)分零(ling)件,我(wo)們只利用萬能分度(du)頭進行等(deng)分,并未在(zai)銑床(chuang)上(shang)加工。

  三、經驗總結

  1、通(tong)過實(shi)習,對(dui)銑削加工(gong)的特點(dian)、加工(gong)范圍,對(dui)銑床的組成、工(gong)作原(yuan)理(li)和用途(tu)都(dou)有深刻的了解;已(yi)經具(ju)備獨自完成對(dui)工(gong)件測(ce)量(liang)、平(ping)面(mian)、溝槽加工(gong),更換、安裝刀(dao)具(ju)的能(neng)力;已(yi)達(da)到實(shi)習目的自我鑒(jian)定,自我鑒(jian)定范文,畢業生自我鑒(jian)定

  2、銑床的操作(zuo)簡單易學,但操作(zuo)過程中也不可松懈(xie),以防止事(shi)故的發生。

  3、我(wo)們知道(dao)了銑工的主要內(nei)容為劃(hua)線(xian)、鏨削(xue)、鋸(ju)削(xue)、銼(cuo)(cuo)削(xue)、刮削(xue)、研磨、鉆(zhan)孔(kong)、擴孔(kong)、鉸孔(kong)、锪孔(kong)、攻螺紋、套螺紋、裝配、和(he)修理等等。了解(jie)了銼(cuo)(cuo)刀的構造(zao)、分類、選(xuan)用、銼(cuo)(cuo)削(xue)姿勢、銼(cuo)(cuo)削(xue)方法和(he)質量的檢測。

  4、了解機械制(zhi)(zhi)造工(gong)(gong)藝知識和(he)(he)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)藝、新(xin)技(ji)術、新(xin)設(she)備在機械制(zhi)(zhi)造中的應用,培養、提高和(he)(he)加強了我們的工(gong)(gong)程實踐(jian)能力(li)(li)、創(chuang)新(xin)意識和(he)(he)創(chuang)新(xin)能力(li)(li)。自我鑒定網提供

  7、在實習(xi)過程中我們(men)取得的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)成(cheng)果精(jing)美的(de)螺(luo)母、螺(luo)釘等。這(zhe)(zhe)些曾經讓人難以(yi)致信的(de)小鐵(tie)器,竟然是自己親(qin)手磨制而(er)成(cheng),這(zhe)(zhe)種自豪感、成(cheng)就感是難以(yi)用(yong)語(yu)言(yan)來(lai)表達的(de)。

  8、作為金屬切(qie)削(xue)(xue)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)常用方法之一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)銑削(xue)(xue)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),由于(yu)使用多(duo)刃多(duo)種類刀(dao)具銑刀(dao)的(de)(de)(de)主運(yun)動又(you)是旋轉運(yun)動,故銑削(xue)(xue)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)效率(lv)高,加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)范圍廣;另一(yi)方面,銑削(xue)(xue)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件尺寸公差等級(ji)一(yi)般為IT9-IT7級(ji),表面粗(cu)糙度值較低,又(you)適合與大(da)批量生產(chan),成本(ben)較低,因(yin)此銑削(xue)(xue)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)成為金屬加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)得到普遍的(de)(de)(de)推廣。

  在實(shi)習(xi)(xi)期間我(wo)(wo)有(you)(you)很(hen)深(shen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)感觸(chu),很(hen)感謝(xie)學(xue)校(xiao)能(neng)給我(wo)(wo)們提供這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)機會,讓(rang)我(wo)(wo)們提前體驗到學(xue)工(gong)科(ke)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)易(yi),獲得了(le)(le)(le)(le)課堂里(li)邊得不(bu)到也(ye)想不(bu)到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)知識,也(ye)許將來不(bu)會走上這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)崗位,但是(shi)現在所(suo)(suo)學(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)知識和感受卻(que)是(shi)終生難忘。雖然臟點(dian)累點(dian),這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)些(xie)都(dou)無(wu)所(suo)(suo)謂(wei),重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)我(wo)(wo)們有(you)(you)了(le)(le)(le)(le)收獲、也(ye)有(you)(you)了(le)(le)(le)(le)成(cheng)果。兩(liang)年后我(wo)(wo)們就(jiu)(jiu)業的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候,就(jiu)(jiu)業單位不(bu)會像老師(shi)一(yi)(yi)樣點(dian)點(dian)滴滴細致(zhi)入微(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)把要(yao)(yao)做(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作告訴我(wo)(wo)們,更(geng)多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)需要(yao)(yao)我(wo)(wo)們自(zi)己去觀(guan)(guan)察、學(xue)習(xi)(xi)。不(bu)具備這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)項能(neng)力就(jiu)(jiu)難以勝任未來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)挑戰。隨著科(ke)學(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)迅猛發展,新技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)廣泛應用,會有(you)(you)很(hen)多(duo)領域(yu)是(shi)我(wo)(wo)們未曾接觸(chu)過的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),只有(you)(you)敢于(yu)去嘗試才(cai)能(neng)有(you)(you)所(suo)(suo)突破,有(you)(you)所(suo)(suo)創(chuang)新。就(jiu)(jiu)像我(wo)(wo)們接觸(chu)到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)銑工(gong),雖然它的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)危險(xian)性很(hen)大,但是(shi)要(yao)(yao)求每個(ge)同學(xue)都(dou)要(yao)(yao)去操(cao)作而且要(yao)(yao)做(zuo)出成(cheng)品,這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)樣就(jiu)(jiu)鍛(duan)煉(lian)了(le)(le)(le)(le)大家敢于(yu)嘗試的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)勇(yong)氣。另外像鑄工(gong)和看似簡單的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)拆裝,都(dou)需要(yao)(yao)我(wo)(wo)們細心觀(guan)(guan)察,反(fan)復實(shi)踐,失敗了(le)(le)(le)(le)就(jiu)(jiu)從頭(tou)再來,培養了(le)(le)(le)(le)我(wo)(wo)們一(yi)(yi)種挫折感等等。這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)次(ci)(ci)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)帶給我(wo)(wo)們的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),不(bu)全是(shi)我(wo)(wo)們所(suo)(suo)接觸(chu)到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)那些(xie)操(cao)作技(ji)能(neng),也(ye)不(bu)僅僅是(shi)通過幾項工(gong)種所(suo)(suo)要(yao)(yao)求我(wo)(wo)們鍛(duan)煉(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)幾種能(neng)力,更(geng)多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)則需要(yao)(yao)我(wo)(wo)們每個(ge)人在實(shi)習(xi)(xi)結束(shu)后根(gen)據(ju)自(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況去感悟,去反(fan)思,勤時(shi)自(zi)勉,有(you)(you)所(suo)(suo)收獲,使這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)次(ci)(ci)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)達到了(le)(le)(le)(le)他的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)真正目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。

  在實習(xi)(xi)過程中,我(wo)真的(de)(de)明白了(le)許(xu)多,許(xu)多在學(xue)校(xiao)掌握不到(dao)的(de)(de)東西,我(wo)非常幸(xing)運我(wo)能得到(dao)那(nei)么有效的(de)(de)實習(xi)(xi)。現在我(wo)的(de)(de)工作已經找好了(le),畢業后(hou)就(jiu)要去參加工作了(le),直接由(you)校(xiao)園(yuan)走進單位,由(you)于之前我(wo)實習(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)已經很出色了(le),我(wo)相信在新的(de)(de)工作崗位上,我(wo)能夠做(zuo)的(de)(de)更好。實習(xi)(xi)讓久在課堂的(de)(de)我(wo)切(qie)身(shen)的(de)(de)感受到(dao)作為一名工人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)苦(ku)與樂(le),同時檢驗了(le)自己所學(xue)的(de)(de)知識。銑工實習(xi)(xi)更讓我(wo)深(shen)(shen)深(shen)(shen)地體會(hui)到(dao)人(ren)(ren)生的(de)(de)意義,世間無(wu)難事(shi),只要功夫深(shen)(shen),鐵杵磨成針!
