　　在復試面試當中，導師最愛問的問題之一就是讓學生做一個自我介紹。面試中的自我介紹，可以讓考官觀察到報名表簡歷等書面材料以外的內容，如你對自己的描述與概括能力，你對自己的綜合評價以及你的精神風貌等。

　　自我介紹是學生給導師的第一印象，導師提問這塊時非常靈活，沒有一個具體的標準。導師在現場會問到很多問題，比如說你的個人經歷，成功經歷，失敗經歷，個人夢想，讀研的計劃等等。關于個人的信息一定要準備好，一定不要臨時去想，因為臨時想很難組織語言，也很難想得完美。

　　What is your greatest weakness？(你最大的弱點是什么？)

　　I'm such a perfectionist that I will not stop until a job is well done。

　　你不應該說你沒有任何弱點，以此來回避這個問題。每個人都有弱點，最佳策略是承認你的弱點，但同時表明你在予以改進，并有克服弱點的計劃

　　How do you feel about your progress to date？(對于你至今所取得的進步你是怎樣看的？)

　　I think I did well in school. In fact,in a number of courses I received the highest exam scores in the class. As an intern for the X Company, I received some of the highest evaluations that had been given in years。

　　大大方方，表現最好的自己就可以。注意不要妄自菲薄。

　　最后，總結下，自我介紹的要點；

　　(1)自我介紹體現的就是學員的應變及反應能力。也是一種說服的手段與藝術。同學們要按研究生學業的要求與測試重點而組織自我介紹的內容，與面試無關的內容，既使是你引以為榮的優點和長處，你也要忍痛舍棄，以突出重點。

　　(2)自我介紹要有充分的信心。要想讓考官們欣賞你，你必須明確地告訴考官們你具有必需的能力與素質，而只有你對此有信心并表現出這種信心后，你才證明了自己。同學們在談自己的優點的一個明智的辦法是就在談到自己的優點時，保持低調。也就是輕描淡寫、語氣平靜。
