  1.實習的性質和目的

  1.1實習性質

  認識實習(xi)是(shi)我們(men)在(zai)完(wan)成(cheng)兩年(nian)公共課(ke)程(cheng)學習(xi)之后,進入專業課(ke)學習(xi)之前進行(xing)的一(yi)次認識性、實踐性的活動,是(shi)實現建筑(zhu)環境與設(she)備工程(cheng)專業培養(yang)目標的重要(yao)手段和內容,是(shi)我們(men)學習(xi)的重要(yao)環節。

  1.2實習目的

  1)了解本專(zhuan)業的(de)主要內(nei)容,加深對本專(zhuan)業的(de)了解,提高我們的(de)專(zhuan)業興趣和專(zhuan)業學習的(de)主觀能動(dong)性。

  2.實習的基本內容

  通過(guo)去(qu)熱電(dian)廠(chang)參觀,以及老師和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)師傅(fu)的(de)講解(jie),了解(jie)水處理(li)車間的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作流程和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作原(yuan)理(li),了解(jie)各個處理(li)過(guo)程的(de)作用和目的(de);了解(jie)鍋爐(lu)的(de)基本構造(zao)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作原(yuan)理(li),鍋爐(lu)制(zhi)氣(qi)的(de)流程、裝(zhuang)置(zhi)設備以及對煙氣(qi)處理(li)的(de)方法和灰渣,灰粉的(de)灰回收利用;換熱站的(de)組成(cheng)設備及各自的(de)作用,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作原(yuan)理(li)和流程,遙控(kong)室中(zhong)自動控(kong)制(zhi)壓力、溫度的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)等;

  2.1專題實習

  1)通過參(can)觀熱(re)(re)電廠和校供暖系(xi)統(tong)了(le)解供熱(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)的組成(cheng)及相(xiang)關設(she)備。供熱(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)有熱(re)(re)源、熱(re)(re)網(wang)和熱(re)(re)用戶三部分(fen)構成(cheng)。了(le)解熱(re)(re)源的種(zhong)類,工(gong)作流程,主要設(she)備及其(qi)工(gong)作原理(li),控(kong)(kong)制原理(li)和控(kong)(kong)制方式;熱(re)(re)網(wang)形式,各種(zhong)形式的優缺點;熱(re)(re)用戶的種(zhong)類,用熱(re)(re)設(she)備及其(qi)工(gong)作原理(li),熱(re)(re)計量方式和計量設(she)備及原理(li)等。

  2)通過對泰能集團(tuan)人工制氣(qi)廠的(de)(de)(de)(de)參觀(guan)及工人師傅的(de)(de)(de)(de)講解了解燃氣(qi)制造(zao)及輸(shu)配的(de)(de)(de)(de)有關知(zhi)識。了解燃氣(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)類、主要成分及其特點;天然氣(qi)成氣(qi)機理及輸(shu)配的(de)(de)(de)(de)有關知(zhi)識;人工制氣(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工藝流(liu)程及設備組成及制氣(qi)、輸(shu)氣(qi)和用(yong)氣(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)關的(de)(de)(de)(de)安全的(de)(de)(de)(de)知(zhi)識。

  3)通過參觀(guan)校園(yuan)教師(shi)公寓和貢供(gong)水(shui)(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)以及徐老(lao)師(shi)的講解了解城市(shi)給(gei)排水(shui)(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)和建(jian)筑給(gei)排水(shui)(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)。城市(shi)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的組(zu)(zu)成(cheng),水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)方(fang)式及相(xiang)關設(she)備;城市(shi)排水(shui)(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的組(zu)(zu)成(cheng),常用污水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)設(she)備;建(jian)筑給(gei)排水(shui)(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)及相(xiang)應設(she)備和附件。

  2.2一般了解

  通過聽(ting)專(zhuan)題(ti)報告(gao)、工人講解(jie)(jie)、參(can)觀等(deng)方式,了解(jie)(jie)企(qi)業的(de)基本概況,生產(chan)產(chan)品,管理模式,生產(chan)規模和經(jing)濟效益等(deng)情況;了解(jie)(jie)專(zhuan)業與(yu)企(qi)業生產(chan)的(de)關系。

  2.3參觀校內的建筑工(gong)地(di)

  了解建筑(zhu)物(wu)的分類;各種(zhong)建筑(zhu)物(wu)的功(gong)能、布(bu)局、建筑(zhu)造型;建筑(zhu)的構(gou)件(jian)組成及其功(gong)能。

  3.實習的時間地點

  9月7號上午8:40 參觀(guan)熱電廠(chang)的鍋爐制氣裝置。

  9月7號下午3:00 青島泰能(neng)集團熱(re)電公司電氣一次系統。

  9月8號上午(wu)9:30 參觀陽光大廈地(di)下(xia)通風(feng)、中(zhong)央空調、給排水。

  9月(yue)11號(hao)校內參觀供水(shui)、供暖系統。

  9月12號下(xia)午聽取報告

  9月13號上午參觀教師公寓分戶計量(liang)的裝置(zhi)。

  第一章 供熱系統相關知識

  通過對(dui)泰能集團熱(re)電廠(chang)、學校供熱(re)站及教師公寓(yu)分戶(hu)熱(re)計量方(fang)式的(de)參觀實習(xi),工人師傅的(de)精彩解(jie)說以及徐老師的(de)解(jie)答疑問,我初(chu)步了解(jie)了供熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)組成和相(xiang)關設備。

  集(ji)中供(gong)熱(re)是(shi)指一(yi)個(ge)或幾個(ge)熱(re)源通過熱(re)網(wang)向一(yi)個(ge)區(qu)域(居住(zhu)小(xiao)區(qu)或廠(chang)區(qu))或城市的(de)各熱(re)用戶(hu)供(gong)熱(re)的(de)方(fang)式,集(ji)中供(gong)熱(re)系統是(shi)由熱(re)源、熱(re)網(wang)和(he)熱(re)用戶(hu)三部分組成的(de)。

  1.1.熱源

  在熱(re)能(neng)工程中,熱(re)源是泛指能(neng)從中吸取熱(re)量的任何(he)物質、裝置或天然能(neng)源。供(gong)熱(re)系統的熱(re)源是指供(gong)熱(re)熱(re)媒(mei)的來源。

  集中供熱(re)(re)系統的(de)熱(re)(re)源主(zhu)要(yao)有(you)以下幾種:熱(re)(re)電廠(chang),區域鍋(guo)爐房,工(gong)業與城(cheng)市余熱(re)(re),核能(neng)、地(di)熱(re)(re)等。建筑物獨立熱(re)(re)源主(zhu)要(yao)有(you)燃氣爐、熱(re)(re)泵、太(tai)陽能(neng)等。

  大二下(xia)半學期(qi),按照(zhao)學校教(jiao)學要(yao)求,我們(men)動本xxxx班全體在(zai)老師(shi)的(de)帶領下(xia)于(yu)6月24日對xx第一(yi)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)廠和xx第二發(fa)電(dian)(dian)廠進行(xing)了(le)參觀實習。通過(guo)這(zhe)次實習我們(men)初(chu)步了(le)解了(le)xx市電(dian)(dian)力(li)行(xing)業的(de)歷史以及現狀,接觸(chu)了(le)電(dian)(dian)廠生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)整個流程(cheng),認識到(dao)了(le)當今(jin)電(dian)(dian)力(li)行(xing)業所面臨的(de)機遇(yu)與挑戰。

  整個實習(xi)收獲頗豐,現總(zong)結如下(xia):則隨煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)帶(dai)走,經除(chu)塵器分(fen)(fen)離后(hou)(hou)也(ye)送到(dao)灰渣溝(gou)。爐給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)先進入(ru)(ru)(ru)省煤器預熱(re)(re)(re)到(dao)接近飽和溫度,后(hou)(hou)經蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器受熱(re)(re)(re)面加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)為(wei)(wei)飽和蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi),再經過(guo)熱(re)(re)(re)器被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)為(wei)(wei)過(guo)熱(re)(re)(re)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi),此(ci)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)又稱為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)。經過(guo)以(yi)上流程,就(jiu)完(wan)了燃(ran)料的(de)(de)輸送和燃(ran)燒、蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)生(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)燃(ran)物(wu)(灰、渣、煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi))的(de)(de)處(chu)(chu)理及排出(chu)。由(you)(you)鍋(guo)(guo)爐過(guo)熱(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)出(chu)來的(de)(de)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)經過(guo)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)管道進入(ru)(ru)(ru)汽(qi)(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)膨脹做功,沖(chong)轉汽(qi)(qi)輪(lun)機(ji),從而帶(dai)動發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。從汽(qi)(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)排出(chu)的(de)(de)乏(fa)汽(qi)(qi)排入(ru)(ru)(ru)凝(ning)(ning)汽(qi)(qi)器,在此(ci)被凝(ning)(ning)結冷(leng)卻成(cheng)(cheng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),此(ci)凝(ning)(ning)結水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)稱為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)凝(ning)(ning)結水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)凝(ning)(ning)結水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過(guo)凝(ning)(ning)結水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵送入(ru)(ru)(ru)低壓(ya)(ya)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器,有(you)汽(qi)(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)抽出(chu)部分(fen)(fen)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)后(hou)(hou)再進入(ru)(ru)(ru)除(chu)氧器,在其(qi)中通過(guo)繼續(xu)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)除(chu)去溶于(yu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中的(de)(de)各種(zhong)氣(qi)體(ti)(主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要是(shi)氧氣(qi))。經化(hua)學(xue)車間處(chu)(chu)理后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)補給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)與主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)凝(ning)(ning)結水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)匯于(yu)除(chu)氧器的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱,成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)鍋(guo)(guo)爐的(de)(de)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),再經過(guo)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵升壓(ya)(ya)后(hou)(hou)送往(wang)高壓(ya)(ya)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器,汽(qi)(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)高壓(ya)(ya)部分(fen)(fen)抽出(chu)一定的(de)(de)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),然后(hou)(hou)送入(ru)(ru)(ru)鍋(guo)(guo)爐,從而使工質完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)一個熱(re)(re)(re)力循環。循環水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵將冷(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(又稱循環水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui))送往(wang)凝(ning)(ning)結器,這(zhe)就(jiu)形成(cheng)(cheng)循環冷(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統。經過(guo)以(yi)上流程,就(jiu)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)了蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng)轉換為(wei)(wei)機(ji)械(xie)能(neng),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng),以(yi)及鍋(guo)(guo)爐給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)供應的(de)(de)過(guo)程。因此(ci)火力發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠是(shi)由(you)(you)爐,機(ji),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)三大部分(fen)(fen)和各自相應的(de)(de)輔助設備(bei)及系統組成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)復雜的(de)(de)能(neng)源轉換的(de)(de)動力廠。

  一、熱(re)電廠的主要設備(bei):

  熱電廠主要由三大設備組成(cheng):鍋爐(lu),汽(qi)輪機和電機。

  (一)鍋爐

  1、熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)廠中鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)(lu)完成(cheng)就(jiu)是(shi)通過(guo)(guo)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao),把(ba)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料的(de)(de)(de)化(hua)學能轉(zhuan)換成(cheng)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)能的(de)(de)(de)能量轉(zhuan)換過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng),鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)(lu)機(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)產品就(jiu)是(shi)高(gao)溫(wen)高(gao)壓的(de)(de)(de)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)。在鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)(lu)機(ji)組(zu)中的(de)(de)(de)能量轉(zhuan)換包括(kuo)三(san)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng):燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料的(de)(de)(de)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)、傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)和(he)水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)汽(qi)化(hua)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)。燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料和(he)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)(de)氧(yang),在鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)(lu)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)室中混合(he),氧(yang)化(hua)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao),生成(cheng)高(gao)溫(wen)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi),這個(ge)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)就(jiu)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)。高(gao)溫(wen)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)通過(guo)(guo)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)各個(ge)受熱(re)(re)(re)(re)面傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),將熱(re)(re)(re)(re)能傳(chuan)給鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)工質;水(shui)(shui)。水(shui)(shui)吸熱(re)(re)(re)(re)后汽(qi)化(hua)變成(cheng)飽和(he)蒸(zheng)汽(qi),飽和(he)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)進一(yi)步吸熱(re)(re)(re)(re)變成(cheng)高(gao)溫(wen)的(de)(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)蒸(zheng)汽(qi),這就(jiu)是(shi)傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)與(yu)水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)汽(qi)化(hua)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)。

  2、關(guan)于(yu)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui),經老師介紹(shao),極為(wei)純凈,樂(le)百氏純凈水(shui)(shui)(shui)號稱經歷了27層過(guo)濾,但在(zai)(zai)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)面前(qian)(qian)只是(shi)小兒科(ke),因(yin)為(wei)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)比它純凈許多。實習中(zhong)(zhong)認識(shi)到,鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)先進(jin)(jin)入(ru)后(hou)自下(xia)而上(shang)流動,經加熱后(hou)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)汽(qi)(qi)包(bao)然(ran)后(hou)就降到水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷壁的(de)(de)下(xia)聯箱,在(zai)(zai)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷壁。在(zai)(zai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷壁中(zhong)(zhong)部分水(shui)(shui)(shui)變成(cheng)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)形成(cheng)汽(qi)(qi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)混(hun)合(he)物。汽(qi)(qi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)混(hun)合(he)物在(zai)(zai)汽(qi)(qi)包(bao)內分離,其中(zhong)(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)繼(ji)續留在(zai)(zai)汽(qi)(qi)包(bao)內進(jin)(jin)行下(xia)一(yi)輪(lun)循(xun)環。鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)均為(wei)煤。是(shi)熱電廠(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)原料。遠遠看過(guo)去,根(gen)本不(bu)能猜出來那就是(shi)煤,因(yin)為(wei)看起來它就是(shi)一(yi)座墨色(se)的(de)(de)山。電廠(chang)(chang)對煤也有很高的(de)(de)要求。目(mu)前(qian)(qian)電廠(chang)(chang)一(yi)般采用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)是(shi)煤粉爐(lu)(lu)(lu),其原因(yin)是(shi)煤粉流動性好,可充分燃(ran)燒(shao)(shao),使用(yong)(yong)(yong)之前(qian)(qian),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱空氣噴入(ru)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)膛與空氣充分混(hun)合(he),在(zai)(zai)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)內作(zuo)懸浮(fu)燃(ran)燒(shao)(shao)。嘉陵(ling)電廠(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)工程(cheng)師介紹(shao)說煤粉的(de)(de)細度不(bu)到頭(tou)發絲大,主要是(shi)為(wei)了提高燃(ran)燒(shao)(shao)效(xiao)率。

  參觀過程在電廠中(zhong)(zhong)聽到(dao)最多的(de)(de)關(guan)于鍋爐方面(mian)的(de)(de)當屬汽(qi)(qi)包。幾(ji)經(jing)詢問和看參考書,才明白(bai)汽(qi)(qi)包的(de)(de)大致(zhi)情(qing)況。它的(de)(de)主要(yao)作用(yong)就(jiu)是將其中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)汽(qi)(qi)水混合物(wu)分離,蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)從汽(qi)(qi)包頂部(bu)引出,經(jing)加熱到(dao)額定溫度后送(song)到(dao)汽(qi)(qi)輪機中(zhong)(zhong)做(zuo)功,而水則繼(ji)續留在里面(mian)進(jin)行(xing)下一次(ci)循環。這就(jiu)是自然(ran)循環鍋爐。

  在(zai)沒有接(jie)觸(chu)到鍋(guo)爐這方(fang)面的(de)(de)東西時,說實(shi)話,并沒有認識到什么是(shi)(shi)鍋(guo)爐,直到在(zai)嘉陵熱電廠,在(zai)工程師(shi)的(de)(de)解說下才(cai)明白那方(fang)形(xing)的(de)(de)就是(shi)(shi),據說有六十多米高,周圍有許(xu)多水管,也(ye)就是(shi)(shi)水冷壁(bi)。聽老師(shi)說,鍋(guo)爐一(yi)般是(shi)(shi)吊著的(de)(de),這點(dian)很(hen)多人不明白,如此巨大的(de)(de)東西為(wei)何要(yao)吊著?其實(shi)原因(yin)很(hen)簡單,就是(shi)(shi)為(wei)了(le)應付鍋(guo)爐的(de)(de)熱脹(zhang)冷縮(suo)。

  (二)汽輪機

  首先是(shi)(shi)葉片(pian),長(chang)約三十厘(li)米,寬也只有(you)十多厘(li)米,發電(dian)(dian)時,高(gao)溫高(gao)壓的(de)蒸汽(qi)通過管道進入(ru),沖擊葉片(pian),又產生反作用力從(cong)而(er)(er)帶動軸轉動,進而(er)(er)帶動發電(dian)(dian)機發電(dian)(dian)。然后又看到了一個(ge)長(chang)長(chang)的(de),中間纏(chan)著鋼(gang)(gang)鐵(tie)的(de)東(dong)西,中間的(de)鋼(gang)(gang)鐵(tie)還有(you)六個(ge)對稱(cheng)的(de)槽,聽(ting)工程(cheng)師解釋,六個(ge)槽就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)為了繞線圈用的(de),共(gong)三組。外面還有(you)些(xie)玻璃窗,就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)供觀察或維修(xiu)使用的(de)。正(zheng)面還貼(tie)了銘牌,但(dan)全是(shi)(shi)俄語,除(chu)了數字,就(jiu)都不認識(shi)了。

  (三)電機

  發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)是(shi)根據電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)原理而(er)工作的(de)一(yi)種旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣設備(bei),它(ta)將機(ji)械能轉(zhuan)化為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能。發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時由與發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)同(tong)軸旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)的(de)永磁(ci)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)發(fa)出(chu)(chu)(chu)單(dan)向交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),經(jing)自動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)調節裝單(dan)相(xiang)全波整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu),輸出(chu)(chu)(chu)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)供給(gei)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)無刷勵(li)(li)磁(ci)機(ji)(主勵(li)(li)磁(ci)機(ji))的(de)定子繞(rao)組(zu)作為勵(li)(li)磁(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu),在(zai)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)無刷勵(li)(li)磁(ci)機(ji)的(de)轉(zhuan)子繞(rao)組(zu)上感(gan)(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)出(chu)(chu)(chu)三(san)(san)相(xiang)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),三(san)(san)相(xiang)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經(jing)隨軸旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)的(de)三(san)(san)相(xiang)全波整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)橋整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)后(hou)供給(gei)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)轉(zhuan)子,作為轉(zhuan)子的(de)勵(li)(li)磁(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu),建立勵(li)(li)磁(ci)磁(ci)場,汽(qi)輪機(ji)轉(zhuan)子帶動發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)轉(zhuan)子旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan),從而(er)在(zai)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)內建立旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)磁(ci)場,發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)定子繞(rao)組(zu)切割(ge)磁(ci)力線(xian),在(zai)定子繞(rao)組(zu)上感(gan)(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)出(chu)(chu)(chu)三(san)(san)相(xiang)對稱交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動勢,接(jie)入負載(zai),形成回路(lu),在(zai)回路(lu)中便有(you)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)通過。

  二、實習總結

  實(shi)習(xi)結束(shu)了(le),但我(wo)(wo)們的(de)學(xue)習(xi)之路(lu)并未終(zhong)結,就如我(wo)(wo)之前說的(de),這只是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)新的(de)開始(shi),新的(de)起點(dian)。通(tong)過這一(yi)次的(de)實(shi)習(xi),我(wo)(wo)學(xue)到了(le)許多(duo)書上(shang)學(xue)不到的(de)東(dong)西,也(ye)看到了(le)許多(duo)與電力有關的(de)東(dong)西,讓我(wo)(wo)對自己(ji)(ji)的(de)專(zhuan)業有了(le)進一(yi)步的(de)認識,也(ye)深刻地認識到了(le)自己(ji)(ji)的(de)不足與缺陷,在(zai)以后的(de)大(da)學(xue)學(xue)習(xi)生(sheng)活中,我(wo)(wo)一(yi)定會更(geng)加的(de)聯系生(sheng)產實(shi)際,工作實(shi)際,嚴(yan)格地要求自己(ji)(ji),努力地充(chong)實(shi)自己(ji)(ji),爭取成為一(yi)個(ge)優秀的(de)大(da)學(xue)畢(bi)業生(sheng)。
