  when i was little, i did everything with my dad. you could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him. every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character.

Shakespeare also pioneered innovative use of grammatical form and structure – including verse without rhymes, superlatives and the connecting of existing words to make new words, like bloodstained – while the pre-eminence of his plays also did much to standardise spelling and grammar.

  But Shakespeare's influence is felt far beyond our language. His words, his plots and his characters continue to inspire much of our culture and wider society. Nelson Mandela, while a prisoner on Robben Island, cherished a quote from Julius Caesar which said "Cowards die many times before their death, the valiant never taste of death but once." While Kate Tempest's poem "My Shakespeare" captures the eternal presence of Shakespeare when she wrote that Shakespeare "…is in every lover who ever stood alone beneath a window…every jealous whispered word and every ghost that will not rest." Shakespeare's influence is everywhere, from Dickens and Goethe to Tchaikovsky, Verdi and Brahms; from West Side Story to the Hamlet-inspired title of Agatha Christie's "The Mousetrap" – the longest-running theatre production in London's West End today. While his original plays continue to entertain millions – from school halls across the world to the overnight queues as hundreds scrambled for last minute tickets to see Benedict Cumberbatch playing Hamlet at London's Barbican last year.

  But perhaps one of the most exciting legacies of Shakespeare is his capacity to educate. As we see from the outreach work of the Royal Shakespeare Company and Shakespeare's Globe and the impact of pioneering British charities like the Shakespeare Schools Festival, studying and performing Shakespeare can help improve literacy, confidence and wider educational attainment.

  Every day throughout 20xx, Britain is inviting you to join us in celebrating the life and legacy of William Shakespeare. On 5 January, Twelfth Night, we launched "Shakespeare Lives" – an exciting global programme of activity and events to highlight his enduring influence and extend the use of Shakespeare as an educational resource to advance literacy around the world.

  The programme will run in more than seventy countries, led by the British Council and the Great Britain campaign. You can share your favourite moment of Shakespeare on social media, watch never-before-seen performances on stage, film and online, visit exhibitions, take part in workshops and debates, and access new Shakespearean educational resources to get to grips with the English language.

  The Royal Shakespeare Company will tour China; Shakespeare's Globe will perform across the world from Iraq to Denmark. Young people will reimagine Shakespeare in Zimbabwe. A social media campaign called "Play your Part" (#PlayYourPart) will invite the next generation of creative talent to produce their own digital tribute to the Bard – and, in partnership with the British charity Voluntary Services Overseas, we will raise awareness of the huge challenge of global child illiteracy and use Shakespeare to increase educational opportunities for children around the world.

  Beyond the great gift of language, the bringing to life of our history, his ongoing influence on our culture and his ability to educate, there is just the immense power of Shakespeare to inspire. From the most famous love story to the greatest tragedy; from the most powerful fantasy to the wittiest comedy; and from the most memorable speeches to his many legendary characters, in William Shakespeare we have one man, whose vast imagination, boundless creativity and instinct for humanity encompasses the whole of the human experience as no one has before or since.

  一、首先,跟大家匯報一下班級學生現狀

  1.班級學(xue)生現(xian)狀

  我(wo)們班總共 名學生(sheng),上(shang)周(zhou)我(wo)校進(jin)行了半期(qi)考(kao)(kao)(kao)試。我(wo)把半期(qi)英(ying)語考(kao)(kao)(kao)試的(de)情況簡單向各位家長作(zuo)個匯報。平均分 分,優生(sheng) 人,優生(sheng)率 %。排名前十名的(de)有(you)(you) ;與九月(yue)份第一次月(yue)考(kao)(kao)(kao)相比,進(jin)步較大的(de)學生(sheng)有(you)(you) 。通過高中半期(qi)的(de)學習(xi),大多數(shu)學生(sheng)都具(ju)有(you)(you)良好的(de)英(ying)語學習(xi)習(xi)慣。學習(xi)積極性(xing)較高,能夠自覺完成(cheng)老師布臵的(de)作(zuo)業,深知英(ying)語學科在整個高中課(ke)程的(de)重要性(xing)。

  2.存在問題:

  1)早讀課容易瞌睡,每天晚(wan)上(shang)(shang)加夜班的同(tong)學比較多,導(dao)致早上(shang)(shang)精(jing)神狀態不好。

  2)部(bu)分學生的(de)學習方式仍然停留在初中甚至小學階段(duan),從不自覺主動地去學習(從他們對作業的(de)認識和處(chu)理方式上就(jiu)可以看出來)

  3)部分學生抄襲作業,少數學生作業拖拉甚至(zhi)不交作業

  3、分析期中考(kao)試成績

  4、正確看(kan)待、冷靜分(fen)析這(zhe)次考試成績

  二、其次,想跟大家交流四個問題

  1.首先和(he)大家交流一個問題:孩子上了高中以后,總有(you)一部(bu)分家長很納悶:我家的(de)孩子在小(xiao)學能考到(dao)(dao)八(ba)九十分,初中也能考到(dao)(dao)七八(ba)十分,為什么(me)到(dao)(dao)了高中,成績不令(ling)人滿(man)意(yi),甚(shen)至(zhi)有(you)些(xie)失望呢?

  這(zhe)個(ge)問題的(de)(de)(de)答(da)案首先與(yu)各個(ge)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)階段的(de)(de)(de)特點有(you)關(guan):小學(xue)(xue)(xue)階段以賞識教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)主,要在很(hen)小的(de)(de)(de)時候培養(yang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)自(zi)信心(xin),試(shi)(shi)卷內容(rong)大(da)多與(yu)課本(ben)有(you)關(guan),因(yin)此考試(shi)(shi)分(fen)數自(zi)然(ran)會(hui)(hui)很(hen)高(gao)(gao)(gao)。初中則是(shi)以普及教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)主,考試(shi)(shi)會(hui)(hui)照顧(gu)到(dao)大(da)部分(fen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生,因(yin)此分(fen)數也較高(gao)(gao)(gao)。但是(shi),高(gao)(gao)(gao)中教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),特別是(shi)在以高(gao)(gao)(gao)考為(wei)(wei)(wei)最終(zhong)目標的(de)(de)(de)大(da)背景下,就(jiu)是(shi)以選拔為(wei)(wei)(wei)目的(de)(de)(de)了,所以,考試(shi)(shi)難度與(yu)深度會(hui)(hui)有(you)很(hen)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)提(ti)升,得(de)分(fen)率自(zi)然(ran)就(jiu)會(hui)(hui)下降,孩(hai)子們(men)的(de)(de)(de)考試(shi)(shi)分(fen)數自(zi)然(ran)會(hui)(hui)低一些。所以拿初中甚至(zhi)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)分(fen)數來(lai)衡(heng)量孩(hai)子們(men)高(gao)(gao)(gao)中的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi),是(shi)不科(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)。

  其次,與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生自(zi)身的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)方式和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)習(xi)慣有關(guan):高中階段學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)科目多而且(qie)難,要求學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生必須學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)會自(zi)主學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(自(zi)覺(jue)主動地去學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)),即(ji)變“要我學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”為“我要學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”,再也不(bu)能像初中甚至小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)那樣靠老師和家長(chang)盯著學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),那樣成績自(zi)然會下降。

  2.第(di)二個問題(ti),為什么(me)同一個班級(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)孩子(zi)(zi)三年后成績(ji)差別那么(me)大?成績(ji)進(jin)步大的(de)(de)(de)(de)一定(ding)是(shi)(shi)那些學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)慣(guan)和個性好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)孩子(zi)(zi)。孩子(zi)(zi)為什么(me)會這樣,其(qi)實(shi)因(yin)素很多,這不(bu)(bu)僅僅與學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)基(ji)礎有關(guan),最主(zhu)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)與孩子(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)心態、學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)方(fang)式及(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)慣(guan)密(mi)切相關(guan)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)方(fang)式及(ji)習(xi)(xi)(xi)慣(guan)是(shi)(shi)極其(qi)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de),直接影響和決定(ding)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)成績(ji)。不(bu)(bu)要(yao)到(dao)高(gao)三時(shi)才感慨,現在我們不(bu)(bu)是(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)想學(xue)(xue)(xue),而是(shi)(shi)在高(gao)一、高(gao)二時(shi)沒(mei)有養成良好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)慣(guan),沒(mei)能(neng)改變自(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)方(fang)式以適應高(gao)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi),現在只(zhi)能(neng)是(shi)(shi)心有余而力(li)不(bu)(bu)足。因(yin)此,現在必須(xu)努(nu)力(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)。

  在此(ci),我希望家長們要時時關注孩(hai)子的學(xue)習(xi)習(xi)慣(guan)和個(ge)性,也(ye)就是情商問(wen)題。大量的實(shi)例證明了(le)一個(ge)人的成功主要取(qu)決于情商,其次才是智商,兩者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英語(yu)學(xue)科舉足輕重,就必須(xu)愛(ai)英語(yu),以十足的干勁學(xue)好英語(yu)。

  3.第二(er)個問題(ti),請家長(chang)們正確看(kan)待孩(hai)(hai)(hai)子(zi)(zi)在班級的(de)(de)(de)考試(shi)名(ming)次(ci),當孩(hai)(hai)(hai)子(zi)(zi)名(ming)次(ci)退步時,原因是多方面的(de)(de)(de),首先幫(bang)助他樹立信心,然(ran)后(hou)一(yi)起幫(bang)助分析原因,而不要盲目地批(pi)評甚至(zhi)打罵孩(hai)(hai)(hai)子(zi)(zi)。“望(wang)子(zi)(zi)成龍,望(wang)女成鳳(feng)”是我們共同的(de)(de)(de)心愿,但在高(gao)一(yi)更應注重(zhong)孩(hai)(hai)(hai)子(zi)(zi)學(xue)習習慣的(de)(de)(de)培養、學(xue)習方式的(de)(de)(de)轉變,讓孩(hai)(hai)(hai)子(zi)(zi)快樂的(de)(de)(de)成長(chang)進步,嚴格遵循教育教學(xue)規律。

  4.有(you)些孩子還(huan)(huan)沒有(you)適(shi)應高(gao)中(zhong)的(de)學(xue)(xue)習(xi),還(huan)(huan)不知道(dao)高(gao)中(zhong)階段怎么(me)學(xue)(xue),希(xi)望家(jia)長們高(gao)度(du)關(guan)注。高(gao)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)科目多而難,時間緊,主要(yao)(yao)靠學(xue)(xue)生自(zi)主和自(zi)覺(jue)地學(xue)(xue)習(xi),老師主要(yao)(yao)是引導和輔導、檢查和督(du)促,而不像初(chu)中(zhong)那樣(yang)盯著你學(xue)(xue)習(xi)。說明學(xue)(xue)生在學(xue)(xue)習(xi)目的(de)、學(xue)(xue)習(xi)興趣上還(huan)(huan)需培(pei)養(yang)。

  訂(ding)正的習慣,督促學(xue)生建(jian)立錯題(ti)集,當堂發現(xian)的問(wen)題(ti),當堂訂(ding)正,不拖拉(la),不滯(zhi)留(liu),將問(wen)題(ti)解(jie)決在(zai)發現(xian)之處,從而保證知識點的連接,為建(jian)立學(xue)科知識體系做保障。這些(xie)習慣,會讓學(xue)生真正的樂學(xue)、好學(xue),在(zai)成功中追(zhui)求(qiu)快樂,在(zai)快樂中追(zhui)求(qiu)成功!

  三、我想對在座的各位家長提出幾點溫馨提示。

  1、溫馨提示1

  (1)幫助孩子確(que)定適當目(mu)標(biao)

  和孩子一起確定一個(ge)他能夠達到的(de)目標——家長(chang)適度的(de)期望值。

  孩(hai)(hai)子(zi)是家(jia)長的(de)希(xi)望,教育好(hao)孩(hai)(hai)子(zi)是老師的(de)希(xi)望。父母(mu)對孩(hai)(hai)子(zi)期望值(zhi)的(de)高低直(zhi)接影響孩(hai)(hai)子(zi)將來(lai)所取得成(cheng)就的(de)大小(xiao)。期望值(zhi)一定要有,而且要恰到好(hao)處。

  期望(wang)值過高:孩子(zi)(zi)拼命按家長(chang)的(de)意愿生活(huo)、學(xue)習,也許(xu)父(fu)母(mu)感到滿足,但孩子(zi)(zi)生活(huo)得較為(wei)壓抑,甚(shen)至影響(xiang)心(xin)理健康。盡力后(hou)仍達(da)不到家長(chang)的(de)要求,雙(shuang)方(fang)均失望(wang),可能導致孩子(zi)(zi)自暴自棄;

  期望值過(guo)低或沒有:家長對尚不(bu)自覺的孩子期望值過(guo)低或沒有,孩子會缺少外在精神(shen)支持(chi),認為不(bu)重視、無所(suo)謂。

  適(shi)度的(de)期望值:在原有(you)基(ji)礎(chu)上適(shi)當拔高,不操之過急,不高不攀,否則可能大家都(dou)失望。

  (2)幫助(zhu)孩子增強自信心

  (3)關注孩(hai)子成(cheng)績(ji)的(de)變(bian)化(即名(ming)(ming)次的(de)升降)而不是絕對名(ming)(ming)次

  (4)溝(gou)通---多傾聽孩子的訴說

  (5)多和老(lao)師(shi)尤其是班主任(ren)聯系,及(ji)時了解情況,積極配合(he)班主任(ren)和老(lao)師(shi)做好孩子的思想工作(zuo)

  只有有效的(de)家校聯動(dong)(溝通與合作),才能教育好學生。

  (6)注(zhu)重學(xue)生(sheng)學(xue)習習慣和學(xue)習能力(li)的(de)培(pei)養,使學(xue)生(sheng)養成良好的(de)學(xue)習習慣
