  20xx年4月(yue)17日我中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)結(jie)合(he)《班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)指(zhi)南》要求,制(zhi)訂了(le)《氣化合(he)成中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)實施(shi)方案(an)》,舉行(xing)了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)動員大會,成立班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)領導小組(zu)、班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)實施(shi)小組(zu)及(ji)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)檢查小組(zu)三(san)個(ge)職(zhi)能小組(zu),各司其職(zhi)依照要求制(zhi)定班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)實施(shi)方案(an),并由(you)裝置(zhi)主管負責,對裝置(zhi)內班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)工作進行(xing)詳(xiang)細的安排,做(zuo)到班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)方案(an)落實工作不走過場、不走樣。

  我中心為(wei)空分四(si)個(ge)運(yun)行班(ban)組(zu)、備煤、氣化、凈化及(ji)合精等四(si)個(ge)裝置發放(fang)了《班(ban)組(zu)建設指南》8本,給(gei)活動負責人及(ji)相關人員發放(fang)共計6本。

  二、宣傳教育,組織討論

  召開動員大(da)會(hui),對(dui)班組建設工作(zuo)進(jin)行部(bu)署和安排。

  開(kai)展切實可(ke)行的宣傳活動,發(fa)揮典(dian)型引導作用,培養樹立(li)典(dian)型班(ban)組,由點到面逐步(bu)推廣,不斷推進班(ban)組建設(she)達(da)到更高的水準。

  三、細化分工,明確責任

  我(wo)們(men)(men)從(cong)接觸中心、班(ban)(ban)組文(wen)化理論到主動開展(zhan)中心、班(ban)(ban)組文(wen)化建(jian)設,經歷了一(yi)個(ge)由(you)自發(fa)到自覺、由(you)單一(yi)到綜合、由(you)表象到深層的發(fa)展(zhan)過程。開始我(wo)們(men)(men)組織(zhi)有關人(ren)員,認真分析中心現狀和(he)形勢(shi),進行(xing)調查研究,分析干(gan)部(bu)和(he)職(zhi)工(gong)隊伍的素質狀況,深入剖析各級領導(dao)骨(gu)干(gan)和(he)職(zhi)工(gong)隊伍的思(si)想觀念、精神(shen)狀態和(he)行(xing)為習慣等等,以求明確中心特點(dian)和(he)發(fa)展(zhan)趨勢(shi),明確班(ban)(ban)組文(wen)化建(jian)設的切(qie)入點(dian)和(he)工(gong)作重點(dian),提出了適應本中心特點(dian)的班(ban)(ban)組文(wen)化建(jian)設的具體內容。

  四、強(qiang)化管理,逐(zhu)步改進(jin)

  通過加(jia)強檢查(cha)、監督、指(zhi)導,確保各項(xiang)激勵約(yue)束制度的公(gong)開、公(gong)正(zheng)、公(gong)平(ping),努力營造(zao)良好的班組建設(she)氛圍。

  發揚“高、嚴、細(xi)、實(shi)”的工作(zuo)作(zuo)風,將(jiang)班組建設(she)工作(zuo)層(ceng)層(ceng)細(xi)化,嚴抓嚴管,促進班組管理向精(jing)細(xi)化、規范(fan)化、科學化方向發展。

  班組(zu)建(jian)設工作進(jin)行期間(jian),班組(zu)建(jian)設領導小組(zu)每季度聽取一次關于(yu)班組(zu)建(jian)設情況的(de)匯報(bao),并提出指導意見。

  結合工(gong)作(zuo)實(shi)際(ji),認真(zhen)落實(shi)各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)內容,積(ji)極探索創(chuang)建(jian)“五(wu)(wu)(wu)星五(wu)(wu)(wu)型”班組(zu)(zu)的(de)方法和途經,提出(chu)本單位的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)規劃和創(chuang)建(jian)目標,培育、選樹創(chuang)建(jian)“五(wu)(wu)(wu)星五(wu)(wu)(wu)型”班組(zu)(zu)典型,發揮其示范帶頭作(zuo)用,全面啟動創(chuang)建(jian)活動。制度引導、領導重(zhong)視(shi)、黨政工(gong)齊抓(zhua)(zhua)共(gong)管,各(ge)裝置班組(zu)(zu)具體實(shi)施(shi),圍(wei)繞班組(zu)(zu)文(wen)化建(jian)設(she)的(de)'總體目標和目標任務(wu),我們牢牢抓(zhua)(zhua)住切入點形(xing)成一個(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)網絡,共(gong)同營造良(liang)好(hao)的(de)文(wen)化氛圍(wei),使班組(zu)(zu)文(wen)化建(jian)設(she)逐步深入。

  五、存在的問題和不(bu)足:

  (1)、由于(yu)各個裝置工程進度、人員配(pei)備情況(kuang)以及班組構建(jian)(jian)(jian)情況(kuang)有一定差(cha)別,班組建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)標準和起點也(ye)不(bu)同(tong),水平(ping)差(cha)異較大。表現在空分裝置班組普遍(bian)開展的(de)(de)較規范,基(ji)礎(chu)較好,其他裝置的(de)(de)班組建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)工作(zuo)剛(gang)剛(gang)起步,基(ji)礎(chu)相(xiang)對(dui)薄弱,與要求還有相(xiang)當大的(de)(de)差(cha)距;

  (2)、基(ji)礎管理工(gong)(gong)作缺乏,相當一部分班組做了很多工(gong)(gong)作,沒有相關(guan)記(ji)錄或記(ji)錄不完整(zheng);

  (3)、有部分班(ban)組記錄有虛假成分;

  (4)、還有部分班組沒有納入到班組建設的范圍。

  這些(xie)問題要在以(yi)后的(de)工作中進行整改。

  總之,班組(zu)(zu)建設(she)是(shi)一項(xiang)以人為本(ben)、科學發(fa)展,不斷創新(xin)的(de)系(xi)統工程(cheng),決非(fei)一朝(chao)一日之功。我中心(xin)目前(qian)取(qu)得(de)了一定成績(ji),但(dan)是(shi)相(xiang)比之下還(huan)有很大的(de)差距和不足。在今(jin)后的(de)工作中,我們要(yao)多學習先進(jin)經驗,進(jin)一步加強班組(zu)(zu)文化建設(she),為全面提(ti)升管理(li)水平、促進(jin)中心(xin)穩步快速發(fa)展做出積極的(de)貢獻(xian)。

  班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)是(shi)企業(ye)的基層組(zu)(zu)織,是(shi)加強企業(ye)管理,搞好(hao)安(an)全生產的基礎。班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)建設(she)的好(hao)壞,直接決定了企業(ye)安(an)全文明(ming)生產、標準化管理的狀況。多年(nian)來我廠(chang)持續開展了創星(xing)(xing)級(ji)(ji)(ji)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)暨班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)建設(she)工作;20xx年(nian)經過每半年(nian)一次的兩次檢查,共評出了四星(xing)(xing)級(ji)(ji)(ji)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)2個(ge),三星(xing)(xing)級(ji)(ji)(ji)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)9個(ge),二(er)星(xing)(xing)級(ji)(ji)(ji)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)7個(ge),一星(xing)(xing)級(ji)(ji)(ji)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)4個(ge)。現將20xx年(nian)工作總結如下:

  一、班組基礎建設、隊伍建設、民主建設逐步完善。

  20xx年(nian)經(jing)過了17年(nian)度的現場安(an)全(quan)生產標(biao)準化(hua)工作推進,班(ban)組(zu)的現場設備臺帳齊全(quan),各項(xiang)原始記錄數據(ju)準確真實,字跡(ji)工整。

  文明生(sheng)(sheng)產,勞動保(bao)護意思強,全廠上(shang)下都(dou)養成了按規定著裝(zhuang)的(de)習慣,生(sheng)(sheng)產現場(chang)秩序良好(hao);班(ban)組(zu)所轄衛(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)區域清(qing)潔,實行定置管(guan)理(li),更(geng)衣室(shi)、休息室(shi)、活動室(shi)均能做(zuo)到五凈和(he)五整齊。特別在20xx年的(de)3號機組(zu)大修的(de)現場(chang),檢修現場(chang)非常整齊,定置合理(li)。

  班組政(zheng)治學習(xi)能(neng)按計(ji)劃及(ji)(ji)時完(wan)成,班委會能(neng)及(ji)(ji)時傳(chuan)達(da)上級(ji)有關(guan)會議(yi)和文(wen)件精神(shen),使員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)了(le)(le)解(jie)企業(ye),了(le)(le)解(jie)部門面臨(lin)的形勢和任務,能(neng)及(ji)(ji)時化解(jie)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)和員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong),員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)和集體之間(jian)的矛(mao)盾,20xx年,全廠沒有發(fa)生一起越級(ji)上訪的事件。班組開(kai)展了(le)(le)組建(jian)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)小家的活動和群眾(zhong)性文(wen)體娛(yu)樂(le)活動,開(kai)展了(le)(le)“創建(jian)學習(xi)型組織、爭做知(zhi)識型員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)”的活動;班組管理注重發(fa)揮人(ren)的主觀能(neng)動性,強(qiang)調全員(yuan)(yuan)參加,勞動互(hu)保工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)有組織、有計(ji)劃、有落(luo)(luo)實,班組成員(yuan)(yuan)結對(dui)子率(lv)達(da)100%。互(hu)保措施落(luo)(luo)實好(hao)。

  二、班組安全建設、班組生產建設更上一層樓。

  全(quan)廠各(ge)班組(zu)均(jun)能堅持(chi)安(an)(an)全(quan)日活動(dong),按照要(yao)求開好班前、班后會,定期開展安(an)(an)全(quan)學習,建(jian)立(li)了崗位安(an)(an)全(quan)責(ze)任(ren)制(zhi)(zhi),積極參加(jia)安(an)(an)全(quan)大檢查(cha)和(he)(he)設備隱患(huan)排查(cha);在工作中(zhong)能嚴格執行“兩票三(san)制(zhi)(zhi)”,堅持(chi)“四不放過(guo)”和(he)(he)落(luo)實“反三(san)違”措施,做到了操作程序化,工作標(biao)準化。班組(zu)成員開展了勞動(dong)安(an)(an)全(quan)互(hu)保(bao)(bao)活動(dong),做到“三(san)不傷害”。對(dui)班組(zu)安(an)(an)全(quan)生產風險(xian)預(yu)控(kong)管理(li)和(he)(he)應急管理(li)進(jin)行了相應的學習和(he)(he)演練(lian),提升(sheng)對(dui)突(tu)發(fa)事件的應變水平(ping);廠部(bu)開展安(an)(an)全(quan)性(xing)評價工作落(luo)實到班組(zu),確保(bao)(bao)了安(an)(an)全(quan)生產的可控(kong)在控(kong)。

  四、星級班組建設的主要問題及建議:

  主要問題:

  1、有部(bu)分班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)沒有結合本班(ban)(ban)(ban)實際及時修訂、完善班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)規章(zhang)制(zhi)度或班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)制(zhi)定(ding)的規章(zhang)制(zhi)度執行力不夠,可操作(zuo)性不強。

  2、部分(fen)班組不(bu)(bu)同程度地存在安(an)(an)全意識(shi)薄弱(ruo)現(xian)(xian)象。具體表(biao)現(xian)(xian)在:習慣(guan)性違章仍有(you)發(fa)生,進入工作(zuo)現(xian)(xian)場不(bu)(bu)戴安(an)(an)全帽(mao)或沒有(you)正確戴安(an)(an)全帽(mao),高空作(zuo)業不(bu)(bu)系安(an)(an)全帶(dai)的現(xian)(xian)象時有(you)發(fa)生。班前會布置工作(zuo)時安(an)(an)全交底簡(jian)單、班后(hou)會未及時總結安(an)(an)全工作(zuo)情況(kuang)、危(wei)險點分(fen)析不(bu)(bu)全面,安(an)(an)全活動記錄聯(lian)系實際查找本班存在問題(ti)少等(deng)等(deng)。

  3、有(you)些班組資料管理、記錄(lu)不(bu)規范(fan)。如廢除的文(wen)件(jian)制度沒(mei)有(you)及(ji)時(shi)處(chu)置,班長日志:班前、班后(hou)會過于簡單(dan)一句話帶過,工作計劃、月小(xiao)結記錄(lu)不(bu)全,部(bu)門沒(mei)有(you)及(ji)時(shi)檢查(cha)等現象(xiang)。

  4、少數班組工具、儀器儀表、物資等擺放(fang)無序,廢舊物品沒有及時處理。

  5、有(you)(you)(you)部分班組培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)中結合本工種的內容少,沒有(you)(you)(you)進行年(nian)度總結,有(you)(you)(you)些培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)抄題庫,記(ji)錄流于形式、簡(jian)單、沒有(you)(you)(you)起到日常培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)的效果。

  建(jian)議及注意(yi)事(shi)項:

  1、各部門(men)應把(ba)創星(xing)級班組(zu)暨班組(zu)建設(she)(she)工(gong)作真正(zheng)納入日常管理,并(bing)根據考核(he)細(xi)則內容不定期對班組(zu)建設(she)(she)工(gong)作進行(xing)檢(jian)查,促進班組(zu)建設(she)(she)工(gong)作的(de)正(zheng)常開展。

  2、各生產部(bu)(bu)門應組(zu)織班組(zu)認真學習、討論(lun)廠(chang)部(bu)(bu)印發的《創星級班組(zu)暨(ji)班組(zu)建(jian)設考評辦法及(ji)考評細則(ze)》,對照(zhao)考評細則(ze)逐項(xiang)落實。

  3、班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)應根據考評(ping)細則結合(he)本班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)工(gong)作(zuo)實(shi)際,修訂班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)管(guan)理制度,并(bing)充分認識(shi)到班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)基(ji)礎管(guan)理的(de)重要(yao)性(xing),制訂出(chu)操作(zuo)性(xing)強(qiang),利(li)于班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)管(guan)理的(de)行之有效的(de)管(guan)理制度。

  4、班(ban)組(zu)的文件、資料、記錄(lu)要分類(lei),建立分類(lei)檢索,便于(yu)查(cha)找,臺賬應及(ji)時登錄(lu),廢舊文件及(ji)時清理。

  5、針對(dui)廠部下發的整改要求(qiu)班(ban)組應及時(shi)進行(xing)整改。同時(shi)最好還對(dui)照(zhao)別的班(ban)組存(cun)在的問題進行(xing)自查,避免同樣的問題重復出(chu)現。

  5)6月(yue)22日(ri)上(shang)午,xxxx安全(quan)部(bu)副部(bu)長xx一行(xing)五人對xx公司五型班建制度進行(xing)最終驗收(shou)。經(jing)過近一個月(yue)的(de)修訂和刪(shan)減,制度驗收(shou)總體效果不錯,尤其是安全(quan)型班組(zu)制度建設(she)全(quan)部(bu)合格。

  二、存在問題

  1、五型班建制(zhi)度(du)與實際結(jie)合不(bu)緊密,未(wei)能(neng)與市場化考核制(zhi)度(du)實現完(wan)全融合,有待于(yu)在實踐中(zhong)完(wan)善和改進(jin)。制(zhi)度(du)內容覆蓋面廣度(du)不(bu)夠,執行記錄(lu)不(bu)完(wan)整(zheng),需進(jin)一步完(wan)善。

  2、現(xian)(xian)場6S管理效果(guo)有待繼續提(ti)高。物(wu)(wu)品擺放混亂(luan)、隨手對(dui)其工具(ju)、物(wu)(wu)品不(bu)必(bi)要的(de)(de)占(zhan)用通(tong)道(dao)現(xian)(xian)象還屢見不(bu)鮮(xian),機械(xie)設備的(de)(de).維護及(ji)員工的(de)(de)安全意識(shi)等(deng)方面還很欠(qian)缺。

  3、基層(ceng)班組長文(wen)化素(su)質(zhi)參差不齊,參加高層(ceng)次培訓的機會有限,思路難以開(kai)闊,視野難以拓(tuo)寬(kuan),班組建設開(kai)展步調不一。

  三、下步工作計劃

  1、加強宣傳教育,組織班組長外出觀(guan)摩學習,提升班組長管理素質,按(an)照工(gong)作節(jie)點進度(du)推進五型班建工(gong)作。

  運行二(er)班的人員組成結構是(shi)從各個不(bu)(bu)同的生產崗(gang)位(wei)調集(ji)而(er)來的。業務水(shui)平(ping)參差不(bu)(bu)齊。為(wei)今后培訓工作也帶來很大困(kun)難。為(wei)了(le)使整體的水(shui)平(ping)有(you)提高。在班長的支持下,嘗試了(le)分層次、有(you)重點的開(kai)展各項(xiang)具體的培訓工作,有(you)一定特色(se)。

  首先樹立三個統一思想。

  一、全生產思想統(tong)一:崗(gang)位不同,安(an)全思想是一致的(de)。目(mu)前運行工(gong)作(zuo)動(dong)手做的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)量較少,但接觸的(de)線路(lu)最多。除(chu)了認真的(de)搞(gao)好(hao)每月兩期的(de)安(an)全日(ri)活(huo)動(dong)外,每日(ri)站班(ban)會也是尤其重(zhong)要的(de)`,開展規范化(hua)(hua)、軍(jun)事化(hua)(hua)形式進行。讓每位班(ban)員感覺到(dao)每天工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)嚴峻性。

  三、政治學(xue)習(xi)和業務(wu)學(xue)習(xi)的積極性統一:關心時事(shi)、了(le)解時事(shi)。由工(gong)會組長開展日日讀一段(duan)重(zhong)要(yao)新(xin)聞內容,同生(sheng)產發展新(xin)形勢的關系聯系起來。要(yao)使每一位班(ban)員都能明確認識到沒(mei)有文化知識,就沒(mei)有先進生(sheng)產力(li)。促使每個人(ren)都能加緊學(xue)習(xi)。在班(ban)長的大力(li)支持下,有近80%的班(ban)組人(ren)員利用業余時間進行文化學(xue)習(xi)。

  今后四個提高步驟

  一、運行(xing)業務水平提高:

  針對班(ban)(ban)內運行崗位人員較(jiao)多(duo)的(de)(de)情況(kuang),先開展運行線路設(she)備、模(mo)擬項目演習(xi)。例如進出(chu)站“三件事”、各電纜頭型(xing)號的(de)(de)識別。請老(lao)運行師傅進行示范。形成老(lao)少一幫一的(de)(de)局面。帶動年輕(qing)的(de)(de)班(ban)(ban)員業務水(shui)平有(you)量到(dao)質的(de)(de)提高(gao)。

  二、電纜線(xian)路資(zi)料的(de)準確(que)性(xing)提高(gao):

  三個(ge)階(jie)段:外(wai)出(chu)查巡(xun)工作,先由內部初核(he),再內外(wai)復(fu)核(he),最后用計算機(ji)輸(shu)入進(jin)行(xing)組合的(de)方式。即外(wai)出(chu)巡(xun)查前班長親自組織將查巡(xun)按(an)電(dian)系圖分地區(qu)、線路、分派人(ren)員外(wai)出(chu)一(yi)一(yi)復(fu)核(he),然(ran)后根據外(wai)出(chu)復(fu)核(he)的(de)資料(liao)同(tong)計算機(ji)里的(de)擋(dang)案進(jin)行(xing)組合,得出(chu)一(yi)個(ge)正確完整的(de)線路設(she)備擋(dang)案。

  三、技術業務水平的提高:

  利用(yong)(yong)普通(tong)傳(chuan)播媒介——黑板報(bao)形式;采用(yong)(yong)“看(kan)圖(tu)識字”熟悉電(dian)氣符號圖(tu),再(zai)運(yun)用(yong)(yong)到(dao)電(dian)系(xi)圖(tu)上對(dui)號入(ru)座了解電(dian)氣運(yun)行方式。同時開辟“技術(shu)之窗”園地(di)(di)選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)技術(shu)問答、思考(kao)題等形式,解釋一些(xie)如(ru)工作中(zhong)的(de)難點、解決(jue)方法、結果如(ru)何的(de)問題。讓每一位班員(yuan)抬頭就(jiu)能(neng)看(kan)到(dao)急需了解的(de)信息。起到(dao)潛移默化地(di)(di)提高技術(shu)水平的(de)作用(yong)(yong)。

  四、班組人員(yuan)素質的提(ti)高(gao):

  除(chu)了(le)班(ban)組(zu)著重(zhong)抓文明(ming)生產外(wai),班(ban)組(zu)人員有必(bi)要(yao)通(tong)過素(su)質的(de)提高(gao)更加的(de)完善(shan)自己。由于巡查是經常(chang)要(yao)同用戶聯系打交道。甚至路上會遇到(dao)外(wai)國人問路,除(chu)了(le)五講四美的(de)有關語(yu)言學習(xi)、待(dai)客接物(wu)、禮貌(mao)待(dai)人外(wai),大家(jia)都經常(chang)學習(xi)“今日(ri)一句”的(de)外(wai)語(yu)短(duan)語(yu)。真(zhen)正體現出(chu)大都市員工的(de)素(su)質水平(ping)和精(jing)神風貌(mao)。

  六、班組的不足之處:

  班組(zu)一年來,同(tong)志們能(neng)夠精誠團結,齊(qi)心協力安全(quan)、按(an)時完成(cheng)了上級交給(gei)的(de)各(ge)項生(sheng)產任務,但是,我們在工作中還存在一些不足,主要表現在以(yi)下幾點:

  1、職工(gong)業(ye)務技能和理論知識(shi)(shi)不(bu)精,以(yi)及對工(gong)作的要求認識(shi)(shi)上還不(bu)是(shi)很清楚(chu)和理解。

  2、班組管(guan)理不全(quan)面,不夠(gou)細致,在工作(zuo)上沒有(you)真正(zheng)采取(qu)科學化、規(gui)范(fan)化管(guan)理,缺乏創新意識。

  天津移動動力(li)中心肩(jian)負著(zhu)對(dui)所有通(tong)信設備進(jin)行供電保障的(de)重任,其中動力(li)中心的(de)移通(tong)大廈班組更是因(yin)為設備繁多(duo)且陳舊等特(te)殊性而(er)顯的(de)格外重要。

  二、該班組技術創新案例分析

  1.移通大(da)廈樞紐設備改造革新(xin)

  20xx年(nian)4月,移通(tong)大廈(sha)(sha)班(ban)組對該供電(dian)系統(tong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)設備(bei)進(jin)行了整體更新工(gong)程。由(you)于(yu)(yu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)供電(dian)設備(bei)是(shi)移通(tong)大廈(sha)(sha)樞紐通(tong)信和生活用(yong)電(dian)的源(yuan)頭(tou),更新柜(ju)體涉(she)及(ji)到一次(ci)側10kV電(dian)纜割接(jie)(jie)、二次(ci)側回路更新及(ji)割接(jie)(jie)過(guo)程中油機帶載(zai)等關鍵步驟,稍有不(bu)慎就會造成大面(mian)積(ji)供電(dian)中斷事故,而且高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)室空間狹小,用(yong)于(yu)(yu)割接(jie)(jie)柜(ju)體及(ji)電(dian)纜連接(jie)(jie)的迂(yu)回空間十分有限且控制電(dian)源(yuan)接(jie)(jie)線復雜,這些都是(shi)工(gong)程順利進(jin)行的阻礙。

  為了保障供電的100%可靠性(xing),從根本上解決(jue)了該樞紐高壓用電的安全(quan)隱(yin)患問題(ti)(ti),中心技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員首先配(pei)合相關(guan)部(bu)門及(ji)設計院(yuan)對現場進行分斷排(pai)查,對原設備圖(tu)紙及(ji)改(gai)造圖(tu)紙進行細致比對分析,逐(zhu)一化(hua)解施工難題(ti)(ti),沖破技(ji)術(shu)難關(guan),充分做足前期(qi)準備工作(包括蓄電池放電測試、油機帶載測試、油料保障、外市電供電保障、應急(ji)預案(an)保障和施工安全(quan)保障)。真正(zheng)做到了“不將隱(yin)患留(liu)給(gei)施工,不把問題(ti)(ti)留(liu)在割接”。

  例如(ru):利用諧波測(ce)試儀可以測(ce)試到(dao)有害的.電壓(ya)電流諧波對(dui)供電設(she)備(bei)無功補(bu)償(chang)的不良影響,防止了設(she)備(bei)的容(rong)量(liang)、效率的損耗(hao),延緩了供電設(she)備(bei)的使用壽命,對(dui)安全維(wei)護生產起(qi)到(dao)了一定的幫(bang)助(zhu)作(zuo)用;利用紅(hong)(hong)外熱成像儀通過(guo)非接觸(chu)探測(ce)紅(hong)(hong)外能量(liang)(熱量(liang)),并將(jiang)其轉換為電信(xin)號,進而在顯(xian)示器上生成熱圖像和溫度值,并可以對(dui)溫度值進行計算,找出可能存在的隱患問題點。

  采用這一先進儀器給班(ban)組成員日常(chang)巡(xun)視工(gong)作帶了方便,也(ye)時刻間接(jie)了解到設(she)備(bei)的運行正常(chang)與(yu)否的情(qing)況,從側面反映(ying)出中心重視綠色節能環保的成果,為天津移動所有通信設(she)備(bei)的良(liang)好運轉(zhuan)保駕護(hu)航。

  3.移通大廈(sha)樞紐電源系統在(zai)線測試(shi)

  20xx年10月,移(yi)通大(da)廈(sha)班(ban)組利(li)用蓄電池(chi)(chi)容量在線(xian)測(ce)試(shi)儀開(kai)展了對(dui)設備蓄電池(chi)(chi)進行(xing)在線(xian)放(fang)電測(ce)試(shi),與以往離線(xian)放(fang)電測(ce)試(shi)有(you)所(suo)不(bu)同的(de)是,在線(xian)放(fang)電測(ce)試(shi)摒棄(qi)了以往離線(xian)測(ce)試(shi)方法測(ce)試(shi)接線(xian)復雜、能耗大(da)、智能控(kong)制(zhi)不(bu)便等問題,采用電池(chi)(chi)組對(dui)供電負載進行(xing)放(fang)電,安全性高、耗能低(di),操作(zuo)簡(jian)便易(yi)行(xing),充分貫徹綠色節能環保的(de)宗(zong)旨。

  而(er)且,作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為一項(xiang)需要(yao)長(chang)期跟蹤排查的持久(jiu)性(xing)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),我(wo)們班組人員定期對(dui)蓄(xu)電池進行測(ce)(ce)試和監測(ce)(ce),反(fan)映了大家對(dui)本職工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的耐心(xin)和責(ze)任心(xin),降低了由于蓄(xu)電池后(hou)備(bei)容(rong)量不足造成的供電設備(bei)安全隱(yin)患。

  4.移通大廈班組打造卓越執行力,消除供電隱(yin)患

  移通大廈樞紐現有4臺(tai)裝機(ji)容(rong)(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)較大的變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器,均使(shi)用10年(nian)以上。由(you)于(yu)上述設備使(shi)用年(nian)頭較長設備老化且容(rong)(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)逐年(nian)增加,導致變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器溫度比較高,容(rong)(rong)(rong)易(yi)影響(xiang)設備使(shi)用壽命,但是(shi)還沒(mei)達到使(shi)用年(nian)限,所以不(bu)具備更換新變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的可(ke)行性。并且因為變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器室設計(ji)為半密封環境,也不(bu)利于(yu)高溫的散熱(re)。

  考(kao)慮到上述問題,移通(tong)班組采(cai)取了多種應對措施(shi),例如采(cai)用了增加軸流(liu)風(feng)機(ji),強制通(tong)風(feng)換熱的方法,雖然(ran)起到了一(yi)定的成效,但在盛夏(xia)季(ji)節降溫效果(guo)依(yi)然(ran)不明顯(xian),對設備的安全運行(xing)造成了隱患(huan)。

  20xx年的夏天格外炎熱(re),移通班(ban)組(zu)值(zhi)班(ban)人員檢測到1號(hao)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器達(da)到了105度,4號(hao)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器居(ju)然達(da)到了122度,達(da)到變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器溫升的上限值(zhi),隨時可能影響變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的正常(chang)運行(xing)。

  面臨這個棘手的(de)問題,班組成員絲毫(hao)不敢有(you)所怠(dai)慢,通過實地(di)勘察、縝密的(de)排查和設計等工(gong)(gong)作后(hou),決定在變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)室安(an)(an)裝精密空(kong)調(diao),才能解決變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)及變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)室環境溫度(du)(du)。果然(ran)在安(an)(an)裝精密空(kong)調(diao)后(hou),變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)室環境溫度(du)(du)恢復到(dao)了24.5度(du)(du),變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)溫度(du)(du)也(ye)下降至75度(du)(du),降低了變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)風險,同(tong)時也(ye)延長了變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)使(shi)用壽命,提高其(qi)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)穩(wen)定性,真正(zheng)的(de)實現長期(qi)安(an)(an)全運(yun)行(xing),從(cong)根本(ben)上解決了變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)溫度(du)(du)過高的(de)隱患。

  在(zai)天津(jin)移(yi)動的(de)(de)供電(dian)系統中,任何(he)一點都不(bu)允許(xu)出現問題(ti)(ti),哪怕是(shi)隱患問題(ti)(ti)也是(shi)不(bu)能夠忽視的(de)(de)。一旦發現任何(he)安全隱患,必須排除萬難迅速、準確地去執行處理,以保證(zheng)供電(dian)設備安全穩定運行。我們的(de)(de)班(ban)組(zu)技術人(ren)員(yuan)一直堅信:問題(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)解決方法總會比遇到的(de)(de)困難多,就看(kan)我們是(shi)否開(kai)動腦筋想辦法,并且(qie)勇于去面對和擔當。

  5.移通大廈樞紐電纜綜合整治工程(cheng)

  移(yi)通大廈樞紐電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜綜合整(zheng)治工(gong)程自10月25日(ri)開始(shi)施(shi)工(gong),12月10日(ri)完(wan)工(gong)。由于前期計(ji)劃周密,相關部門通力協作,施(shi)工(gong)中配合得當,比預計(ji)提前33天(tian)完(wan)工(gong),且工(gong)程基本(ben)按(an)照計(ji)劃實施(shi),改造前后(hou)對比明顯,從根本(ben)上消除了移(yi)通大廈樞紐供電(dian)(dian)系統電(dian)(dian)纜側的安(an)全隱患。

  工程效果從(cong)以(yi)下(xia)幾個方面得到具體(ti)體(ti)現:

  1)電纜(lan)(lan)通(tong)道更加(jia)堅固(gu)(gu)可靠。移通(tong)大廈樞紐走(zou)線架、豎井、纜(lan)(lan)溝等處增加(jia)了立柱支撐、更換(huan)了金屬緊固(gu)(gu)件及(ji)支架,線纜(lan)(lan)承載牢固(gu)(gu)程度(du)得到明顯加(jia)強,以(yi)往由(you)于(yu)加(jia)固(gu)(gu)件年久老化銹蝕造成的線纜(lan)(lan)拉伸受力問題得到根本(ben)解決(jue)。

  2)電(dian)纜與線(xian)架結合更加緊密牢(lao)固(gu)。此(ci)次整改將(jiang)(jiang)存在(zai)老化變(bian)硬變(bian)脆問(wen)題的塑(su)料(liao)扎(zha)帶及(ji)其他不規范綁扎(zha)帶進行(xing)拆除(chu)(chu),替換為高品質綁扎(zha)帶及(ji)銅芯皮線(xian),并(bing)采用十字交叉綁扎(zha),將(jiang)(jiang)電(dian)纜牢(lao)牢(lao)固(gu)定在(zai)豎井(jing)及(ji)走線(xian)架上,消(xiao)除(chu)(chu)了(le)電(dian)纜松脫(tuo)、滑落等隱患;

  3)電(dian)纜(lan)橫縱向梳理通(tong)(tong)暢。此次整改(gai)解決(jue)了部分早先(xian)施工不規(gui)范的線纜(lan)重新布放與排列,將電(dian)纜(lan)縱向通(tong)(tong)道捋順打通(tong)(tong),確保電(dian)纜(lan)在橫縱向上均(jun)不受外應(ying)力(li),增加了使(shi)用安全系數(shu),延長(chang)了使(shi)用壽命,并(bing)且在一些關鍵部位采(cai)取了絕緣膠皮作為襯墊,避免(mian)線纜(lan)受到機械損(sun)傷造成絕緣破損(sun);

  4)電(dian)纜(lan)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)態“健康(kang)大體檢”。此次整改將移通(tong)(tong)大廈樞(shu)紐(niu)全部電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜(lan)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)了一次普查,對電(dian)纜(lan)外觀、溫升、絕緣強(qiang)度、老(lao)化程(cheng)度進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)檢查,對不合格的路由制定(ding)相應方案(an)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)更換等(deng)處理,確保移通(tong)(tong)大廈樞(shu)紐(niu)供(gong)電(dian)系統“血脈暢通(tong)(tong)”。

  從移通(tong)大廈班組的上述技術(shu)創(chuang)新(xin)不難看出:技術(shu)創(chuang)新(xin)才是班組和企業(ye)發展(zhan)之本(ben)。

  二、抓好班組的安全文化建設,營造和諧平安的生產環境

  安全(quan)(quan)(quan)生產是企業(ye)(ye)永恒的主題,安全(quan)(quan)(quan)是企業(ye)(ye)最大的效益(yi)。安全(quan)(quan)(quan)文(wen)化是企業(ye)(ye)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)工作的靈魂,班組安全(quan)(quan)(quan)是企業(ye)(ye)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)的基石。企業(ye)(ye)抓(zhua)(zhua)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)文(wen)化建設(she),重心(xin)也應擺在抓(zhua)(zhua)好班組安全(quan)(quan)(quan)文(wen)化建設(she)方面,才能在企業(ye)(ye)內部營(ying)造(zao)出(chu)一(yi)種(zhong)和諧平(ping)安的氛圍。

  首先(xian),是(shi)抓思想認(ren)識(shi)。絕大部(bu)分(fen)安全事(shi)故都發(fa)生在班組(zu)(zu)。因此,班組(zu)(zu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)提高安全意識(shi),把(ba)安全生產放在各(ge)項工作(zuo)的(de)重(zhong)中(zhong)之重(zhong),作(zuo)為(wei)頭(tou)等大事(shi)來(lai)抓。我們班組(zu)(zu)每天(tian)早晨都要(yao)(yao)(yao)進(jin)行班前會,班前會內(nei)容(rong)以當天(tian)工作(zuo)內(nei)容(rong)的(de)應注意的(de)安全事(shi)項為(wei)主。從而(er)做到,安全要(yao)(yao)(yao)一一規劃,安全要(yao)(yao)(yao)環環講細,安全要(yao)(yao)(yao)處處督導,安全要(yao)(yao)(yao)事(shi)事(shi)到位,安全要(yao)(yao)(yao)持續(xu)改善(shan)。

  二、成立機構,積極組織

  成(cheng)立了以班(ban)長劉斌為(wei)組(zu)(zu)長,以朱致欣為(wei)副(fu)組(zu)(zu)長的組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)機構,并確定了組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)、學習、文(wen)娛、宣傳(chuan)等(deng)多名委員,各施(shi)其職。根(gen)據實際情況,成(cheng)立各種興趣學習小組(zu)(zu),力(li)爭把活動開展得(de)有(you)聲有(you)色。

  三、扎實開展創爭活動內容:

  1、強化思想政治(zhi)學習,培育高度的創爭意識

  3、加強業務技術學(xue)習(xi),深入開展崗位練(lian)兵,技術比武活動(dong)

  狠(hen)抓業(ye)務(wu)(wu)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)培訓(xun)(xun)是合成(cheng)(cheng)車(che)(che)間和(he)班(ban)組培訓(xun)(xun)的(de)(de)(de)一個重(zhong)點,化工(gong)一班(ban)建立(li)了一套嚴格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)才培訓(xun)(xun)制度,凡是新分(fen)(fen)配(pei)到車(che)(che)間的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)和(he)外來培訓(xun)(xun)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan),都隨崗(gang)位(wei)指定(ding)(ding)師(shi)傅,并在(zai)(zai)車(che)(che)間的(de)(de)(de)主持下簽訂一式三(san)份的(de)(de)(de)師(shi)徒學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)合同(tong)(tong),要求(qiu)在(zai)(zai)規定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)間完成(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)任務(wu)(wu),針對學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)情況的(de)(de)(de)好壞,車(che)(che)間、班(ban)組將對師(shi)徒二人(ren)(ren)給予相應獎懲。班(ban)組積(ji)極(ji)支持和(he)幫(bang)助每位(wei)員(yuan)工(gong)加強業(ye)務(wu)(wu)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),形成(cheng)(cheng)了良好的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)氛(fen)圍(wei),大(da)家(jia)互幫(bang)互助,形成(cheng)(cheng)“比、學(xue)、趕、幫(bang)、超”的(de)(de)(de)良好風氣,使整體技(ji)(ji)術水平快速(su)提(ti)高。班(ban)組要求(qiu)每名職工(gong)都配(pei)備隨身筆記(ji)本,隨時(shi)記(ji)錄所(suo)遇到的(de)(de)(de)新問(wen)題、新知識、新理(li)念,進(jin)行學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)積(ji)累。對生產(chan)中遇到的(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題,大(da)家(jia)總(zong)是在(zai)(zai)一起分(fen)(fen)析討論,做好事(shi)(shi)(shi)故(gu)預想,作好防范措(cuo)施,用一流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)術為(wei)裝置(zhi)保駕護(hu)航,避免事(shi)(shi)(shi)故(gu)的(de)(de)(de)發生。在(zai)(zai)此(ci)基礎上,打破崗(gang)位(wei)界(jie)限,開展互動學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),激(ji)勵和(he)引導職工(gong)在(zai)(zai)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)他人(ren)(ren)之長的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)(tong)時(shi),主動奉獻自己的(de)(de)(de)“絕活”。針對形勢任務(wu)(wu)和(he)工(gong)作中的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)點、難點,班(ban)組隨時(shi)開展題為(wei)“技(ji)(ji)術經(jing)驗(yan)總(zong)結(jie)討論”的(de)(de)(de)崗(gang)位(wei)練兵活動,在(zai)(zai)職工(gong)答題的(de)(de)(de)基礎上,以(yi)深度匯總(zong)的(de)(de)(de)形式實現(xian)成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)共享,培養職工(gong)深層次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)能(neng)(neng)力,并且班(ban)組還(huan)積(ji)極(ji)收(shou)集整理(li)各(ge)種操作、事(shi)(shi)(shi)故(gu)處理(li)等(deng)(deng)技(ji)(ji)術資料,供大(da)家(jia)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),達到“自我培訓(xun)(xun),共同(tong)(tong)提(ti)高”的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。根據(ju)實際情況,積(ji)極(ji)參(can)加車(che)(che)間定(ding)(ding)期舉(ju)辦的(de)(de)(de)相關崗(gang)位(wei)技(ji)(ji)術、事(shi)(shi)(shi)故(gu)總(zong)結(jie)分(fen)(fen)析等(deng)(deng)講座(zuo)(zuo),并且還(huan)堅持車(che)(che)間“走出去,請進(jin)來”的(de)(de)(de)培訓(xun)(xun)方(fang)式,組織參(can)觀學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),與(yu)其(qi)他兄弟(di)單位(wei)技(ji)(ji)術人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)進(jin)行座(zuo)(zuo)談、交流(liu)經(jing)驗(yan),積(ji)極(ji)參(can)加車(che)(che)間不(bu)定(ding)(ding)期舉(ju)辦的(de)(de)(de)請機、電、儀等(deng)(deng)部門技(ji)(ji)術人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)來舉(ju)行的(de)(de)(de)相關知識講座(zuo)(zuo),做到全體參(can)與(yu),使整體技(ji)(ji)術水平得到全面(mian)提(ti)高。

  總(zong)之,在(zai)這(zhe)一(yi)(yi)年里,合成(cheng)車(che)間化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)一(yi)(yi)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)在(zai)公(gong)司(si)和車(che)間的正確領導下,通過全(quan)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)的共(gong)同努(nu)力(li),積(ji)極開(kai)展(zhan)創爭活動(dong),成(cheng)效(xiao)顯著,班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)素質和班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)戰斗力(li)不(bu)斷提高。目(mu)前(qian),班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)有四(si)人(ren)通過自學取得(de)了(le)大(da)專(zhuan)文憑(ping),有兩人(ren)正在(zai)讀大(da)專(zhuan),有一(yi)(yi)人(ren)正在(zai)進(jin)行本科(ke)學歷(li)深(shen)造。班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)有7名(ming)(ming)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)為(wei)(wei)助理工(gong)程師,兩名(ming)(ming)為(wei)(wei)高級工(gong),全(quan)部員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)都(dou)成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)了(le)兩個崗位以(yi)上的多崗位能手(一(yi)(yi)名(ming)(ming)新來大(da)學生除外),有兩名(ming)(ming)女工(gong)進(jin)入主控學習,并在(zai)大(da)家的努(nu)力(li)幫助下較快達到了(le)試(shi)頂崗水平。有一(yi)(yi)名(ming)(ming)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)堅(jian)持學習研(yan)究畫(hua)畫(hua),創作作品多幅,深(shen)得(de)大(da)家好評。班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)還積(ji)極配合車(che)間創建了(le)創爭網站、創爭園地,扎實開(kai)展(zhan)了(le)讀書活動(dong),在(zai)車(che)間安全(quan)技(ji)術(shu)比(bi)武(wu)中獲得(de)一(yi)(yi)等獎(jiang)(jiang),在(zai)瀘(lu)州(zhou)市化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)操(cao)作工(gong)技(ji)術(shu)比(bi)武(wu)中,有兩名(ming)(ming)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)獲得(de)瀘(lu)州(zhou)市技(ji)術(shu)標兵(bing)稱號。在(zai)征文活動(dong)中,獲得(de)大(da)化(hua)(hua)(hua)肥質量(liang)年會論文一(yi)(yi)等獎(jiang)(jiang),公(gong)司(si)安全(quan)征文一(yi)(yi)、三等獎(jiang)(jiang),公(gong)司(si)質量(liang)征文二等獎(jiang)(jiang)。在(zai)去年車(che)間的勞動(dong)競賽(sai)中,班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)取得(de)總(zong)成(cheng)績第一(yi)(yi)名(ming)(ming),被(bei)評為(wei)(wei)公(gong)司(si)先進(jin)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)。雖然(ran)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)在(zai)創爭活動(dong)中取得(de)了(le)以(yi)上成(cheng)績,但是我們還存(cun)在(zai)很多不(bu)足,

  創爭活動還(huan)需(xu)要不斷探索(suo)和持(chi)續(xu)推(tui)進,很多制(zhi)度和要求還(huan)需(xu)要進一步貫徹落實。加強生產(chan),搞好創爭,是(shi)我們永恒的主題,我們還(huan)必須(xu)從(cong)細節做起(qi),強化管理(li),堅(jian)持(chi)不懈(xie)地努力,力爭取得(de)更大成(cheng)績(ji)。

  化(hua)驗室班組(zu)本月的(de)工作重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)(dian)在(zai):以(yi)安(an)全責(ze)任為重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)(dian),以(yi)節約降耗(hao)為重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)(dian),以(yi)自主學習為重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)(dian),三(san)個重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)(dian)在(zai)化(hua)驗室班組(zu)得(de)到了有(you)力的(de)推(tui)廣和(he)成效(xiao)。

  一、以安全責任為重點,做到“安全管理好”

  落(luo)(luo)實安(an)全(quan)責(ze)任制是(shi)公司(si)的一(yi)貫政策(ce)方針,是(shi)確保安(an)全(quan)生產的核心(xin)。我自從當班長的那(nei)天(tian)就(jiu)下定決心(xin),一(yi)定要(yao)把每(mei)個人的安(an)全(quan)責(ze)任落(luo)(luo)實到現場。

  一(yi)是會前多(duo)將(jiang)安全責任。每天,在班前會上,布置(zhi)完工(gong)作任務之(zhi)后,一(yi)定(ding)要和工(gong)友們一(yi)起宣讀安全誓言,

  二是現(xian)場帶頭(tou)落實安全責任。在(zai)現(xian)場我帶頭(tou)在(zai)工作前(qian)做(zuo)好(hao)檢查(cha)各(ge)項(xiang)設備的完好(hao)情(qing)況。

  三是(shi)堅決(jue)制止違(wei)章作(zuo)業(ye)。違(wei)章作(zuo)業(ye)是(shi)大忌(ji),是(shi)事故(gu)發生(sheng)的(de)源泉。

  二、以節約降耗為重點,做好“工作績效好”

  企業(ye)追(zhui)求(qiu)經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)效(xiao)益,經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)效(xiao)益的好壞,一方(fang)面取(qu)決(jue)于生(sheng)產(chan)經(jing)營,另一方(fang)面取(qu)決(jue)于節(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)降耗。而企業(ye)的'直接成本就是工(gong)資和(he)材料(liao),材料(liao)抓(zhua)好了,效(xiao)益就提高了,員工(gong)收入(ru)也(ye)就增長了。作為一名化驗室班長,每(mei)月消耗的材料(liao)達到一萬多,如果抓(zhua)好班組(zu)材料(liao)使用和(he)管理,日積月累能為金(jin)威公司節(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)很多資金(jin)。該班組(zu)按照公司“節(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)降耗增效(xiao)益”的要求(qiu),著重從兩個方(fang)面抓(zhua)節(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)降耗。

  一是做(zuo)好宣傳,增強工(gong)友(you)的節(jie)約意(yi)識(shi),

  二是從小處著眼(yan),從小事入手,培育節約習慣,狠抓浪(lang)費不放手。使(shi)的化驗室(shi)班組的材料費用得到了很大的降(jiang)低。

  三、以自主學習為重點,做到“業務技能好”

  一是有我帶頭學習(xi),在我的影響和帶領(ling)下,整個(ge)班組(zu)比(bi)、學、趕、超氛圍(wei)蔚然(ran)成風。

  二(er)是組織互相學(xue)習。班前會(hui)除布置一天的(de)(de)任務外,更多的(de)(de)則是展示和(he)分享每個人的(de)(de)工作(zuo)經驗和(he)學(xue)習心(xin)得(de)(de),每個人積累(lei)的(de)(de)經驗和(he)心(xin)得(de)(de)都(dou)通過班前會(hui)抓變為班組成(cheng)員共同(tong)的(de)(de)財富。現在我班組新工人已經成(cheng)為了工作(zuo)生產中的(de)(de)骨干。
